Description of Work: Procision Painting painted the outside of our home. They removed and replaced rotten wooden boards, filled in cracks/holes and applied two coats of paint. Work was thorough, clean and fast. They were quick to respond when I asked them to remove spots of paint on our windows. I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Description of Work: I contacted this firm for an estimate on exterior painting. It was all set for 1PM on a Tuesday. I was out in my yard waiting for the estimator to stop in when I saw him drive by without even slowing down. There was no follow up pass, no phone call to either my landline or my cell phone. Description of Work: This is the third time we have had our house painted in the 28 years we have owned it. ProCision Painting was by far the best experience we have had with any of the painters we have used. They were competitive with the other quotes we obtained, however their detailed proposal was far more complete than either of the other quotes we received. They spelled out exactly what and how they were going to complete our project. They were responsive to any inquiries I made and arrived on the job when they said they would in spite of some of the rainy weather we have had that must have put them behind in their schedule. When they started work a crew of 5 arrived to power wash and then scrape and caulk our house. The same crew of 5 also did the painting. The entire 1 1/2 story, 2100 square foot house was painted by brush and roller in approximately 1 1/2 days including a storage shed and fence enclosing the propane tank. The crew were very efficient and excellent painters. They worked very hard and everyone knew exactly what to do. No wasted motion or time at all. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and put bck in its place. The overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend ProCision Painting.

Description of Work: I called ProCision Painting for an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. The person I spoke with on the phone was very professional as she got my details and booked the appointment. Dave, the estimator, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, looked around the entire house, took a paint chip for lead testing, and made sure all our questions were answered before he left. The estimate arrived via email the next morning. We sat on it for a few days while waiting for the other estimate we had requested. The second estimate prompted a couple of questions for ProCision, which were answered right away. We ultimately decided to go with the other estimate but ProCision Painting is most definitely on the short list for the next time we need painting done.

Description of Work: Procision Painting painted a hallway, kitchen, and large family room. They were very clean, tarping everything, very thorough with cleanup. They also painted the cielings in above rooms. They applied two coats of paint all the way around. All painting was done in one day. They arrived on time, took a short lunch, and were right back to work. Father and son team were very courteous and professional. All around a fantastic job.

The estimate was for my first floor (small bathroom, kitchen, living room). There would be painting and some remodeling involved. Dave left and I received the estimate the next day. I feel the estimate prices are reasonable. Although I have not yet decided if I want to begin the painting and remodeling right now, I would recommend them based on my limited experience so far.

 + 1 moreDave showed up to give us an estimate - he was on time. Very professional. Written estimate along with details of work to be performed on all 4 sides of the house received within a few days. The crew performed all work plus they were very hard working. Crew cleaned up area each night before leaving.
Description of Work: Home was first power washed. Crew scraped and primed all chipped paint areas from 2 story home. Then entire exterior plus trim was hand painted. Also, any rotted wood found was torn off and replaced.

 + 0 moreFrom the beginning, I was very impressed by the work done. The crew, headed by Enrique, was thorough and the quality of their work very high. They were hard working, pleasant and easy to have in the house. They were very careful to cover things and to keep down the dusk outside the work area. The use of the oil paint on the woodwork was a great recommendation and has never looked better. They used the very best quality paint and the prep work was extensive. They were very sensitive and cooperative if I noticed any additional prep needed and would do what ever I asked. Just after they had done the prep and put the first coat of paint on the walls, I realized the color I had chosen did not look good. There was no problem with this. I reselected another color and they repainted the walls. I am very happy with the outcome. The room looks sensational.
Description of Work: I hired Procision Painting to prepare, repair and paint the walls, woodwork and closet in a bedroom in my Victorian House. Dave was very thorough and professional when he gave me an estimate. The bedroom had not been painted for many years and I wanted a thorough, high quality job with extensive prep work to take care of cracks in the walls and ceilings. He recommended extensive repair of the cracks and also recommended using oil paint for the woodwork as it would be more durable, easier to clean and provide better coverage. He also said they would give me best interior crew to insure the quality we were after.

 + -1 moreI solicited estimates from Precision along with 2 other Angie's list painting companies. Their estimate sheet was most detailed and professionally prepared. It included sanding/feathering the surface, priming and painting. I also wanted them to replace soffitts. The price was competitive. Because of wet weather, our job was pushed back several weeks. When they got started the 2-person crew worked hard. Problem was they did not sand and feather the surface. Poor communication between the estimator, crew supervisor (who is managing several crews as once) and the painters. The crew came back and belt sanded many of the sections that had already been painted, then re-primed and repainted same. I would use them again, but know now that I will have to make sure that the they do what they contract says. For structural reasons they were not able to replace all of the soffits and gave me a reasonable credit on the final bill.

 + -1 moreThey arrived at 8 a.m. every day they were scheduled to work. They were very receptive to questions and feedback. They worked till 5:30 and even up to 7 p.m. one day and were very hard working. They completely upheld the price in the estimate/contract, which I really appreciated as the other painting company I had used prior to this charged me 50% more for one room than what was in my original estimate and had a clause that they could do this based on the job. I will continue using this company. They are very reliable, their prices are extremely fair, they are professional and they get the job done as promised.

While we decided to go with someone who could get the work done in a faster time frame, I would have been very comfortable working with Procision Painting. Really appreciated that they had an answering service to do the scheduling for appointments. It made it so much easier than leaving messages for other painters and waiting for days for a response. Estimate was very fair as well.

 + -1 moreWe called for an estimate. Dave came to our house and we liked him instantly. He focused on our demands, listened our ideas, and provide advice about colors. He spent time looking at the walls and deciding the best approach for the work. We also liked him because he did not pushed us to get other parts of the house painted. We needed the job done fast, and in less than two weeks we had the painters working in our walls. After they finished, Ceferino, the other owner of the company, came to supervise that the work was done well and collect the check. They totally care about customer's satisfaction.
Description of Work: They sanded and painted the walls in the staircase and the second floor hallway. The walls had many bumps and cracks. The painters had to do lot of sanding in order to make the walls to look uniform again. Dave, one of the owner's of the company, advised to use two colors to give a little accent. We followed his idea, and now the upper hallway looks pretty nice, and classy.

 + 1 moreHouse was powerwashed a few days in advance before workers showed up at 8 am on the following Monday and finished that following Friday at 7 pm. Area was cleaned each day with tools and ladders stacked neatly. This contractor supplied certificates of insurance for both liability and worker's compensation (required by the state of Wisconsin). Estimate (by Dave D) was thorough and fair. ProCision was selected over 5 other paint bids received. They were not the lowest bid but close. Only two of the six that bid on the job supplied insurance certificates. Bids ranged in price from $3688 to $7600. I would definitely use them again and recommend ProCision!
Description of Work: Completely powerwashed, hand scraped, caulked and painted my 2 story Victorian style farmhouse with cedar siding including the replacement of 12' (two pieces) of siding.

(The prices were comparable for all the quotes). He was on time which I respect. We picked a color he knew we would not like and came back out and help us to pick new colors per our initial conversation. When the painting started the painters were polite, courteous and on time. The job was done well. We will use them for our outdoor painting, as well.

Procision Painting was the only company to follow up with a phone call after sending an estimate. They were in our home to paint the following week. They truly did a fantastic job. Each room was painted perfectly. The crew was also unbelievably clean, quiet and respectful. They were also tremendously accommodating as we seemed to keep adding on rooms and ceilings as the project continued.
Description of Work: They removed wallpaper, repaired cracks and painted the interior of our home. Our 70-year-old home looks brand new. The painting and wallpaper removal was flawless. They were very clean and vacuumed the floors (with their own vacuum) around the area they painted at the end of each day. The crew of painters worked long hours to complete our project. We would absolutely hire them again!

 + -1 moreExcellent from the beginning quote to the end. Dave provided assistance in choosing a paint color for the lower level, which turned out beautiful. The quote was detailed with separate costs itemized (walls, ceiling, cleanup). They worked within our time schedule, which was rather tricky with a flooring project also in the mix. Dave went out of his way to accommodate coordinating various shades of gray paint colors in one of the larger bedrooms. The paint job Dave and Hector did was immaculate. Taping and using drop clothes as they went. They worked long days to accomplish the job in the stated time frame. Dave even came back to do some touch up work after we scuffed walls replacing furniture. These fellows were prompt, friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. I'm surprised they weren't on Angie's List. I checked them out with the BBB, called their references and chose them over two other quotes. Great choice on my part! Could not be more please with the results.
