Because we have some many stray cats in our neighborhood, setting live traps would most likely trap the cats and not the raccoons. Jerry was very helpful in guiding me toward the most cost effective and overall effective way of removing the raccoons from our house. He provided me with the necessary information to attempt to catch the raccoons on my own, using live traps. Should I need further assistance, I would not hesitate to call him.

Jerry was very knowlegeable. He reviewed the pest product with me and explained how it worked, how long he'd been using it and where it had been initially tested. He was very professional and treated me in a courteous manner. I would highly recommend.

Jerry Smith completed the work. He thoroughly evaluated the home, inside and out prior to beginning any treatment. We had asked him to determine how a couple of wasps had entered our family room in a partial sunken level. He determined that there was not any infestation in the home. Jerry did identify four possible entry points as well as actions to prevent any future problems. Following the evaluation, he treated the outside of the home including garage. He treated the inside from the basement up to the attic. Listened and answered all my questions. Was very professional and thorough. Spent one and a half to two hours in my home. The price was reasonable for the time and effort spent.

Jerry was very prompt and took great pains to examine and spray the entire interior and exterior of the house concentrating especially on the unfinished areas of the basement. The off spring returned a number of times and Jerry offered suggestions for discouraging their return (cut down the tree next to the porch, keep porch light on, etc.) Jerry checked his traps frequently, changed the bait and trap locations, but didn't charge extra even after the estimated time had elapsed. Jerry is friendly, very sincere, capable, reliable and resourceful. He is marvelous, professionally and social.

The gentleman was able to come the day I called him which I was grateful for. He was extremely polite, took excessive care regarding my concern for my cats safety, and was very thorough. Our ant problem is resolved. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, but overall the results were very good.

I called Jerry with an urgent bee ''issue''. They came out within 24 hours, took care of the bees, and submitted a bill without us needing to be at home. They also evaluated the house and recommended further insect control issue. They were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable.
