Description of Work: Gary Thompson is great to work with. I met him in person for the quotes and my husband communicated with him on the phone and made decisions as to how much work we were going to have done. Gary worked with us as a team. We did some of the prep work to keep the costs down. It was difficult to find someone who did not require a $3,000 minimum job. He was arrived early to start the job. Gary and his crew worked hard and did a great job. We are very pleased and will hire him again in the future.

Description of Work: We were very happy with Thompson Construction and all aspects of their service. We had a portion of our driveway and sidewalk replaced. We were having difficulty getting contractors to follow through and even provide a bid because the job was relatively small. Thompson Construction met with us, provided the bid, and completed all work in a timely fashion. We have recommended them to a couple of neighbors and we would use them again for concrete work.

Description of Work: Complete demo and replacement of concrete driveway. Scheduling was altered a bit due to the weather, to no fault of Gary and his team. Gary was very prompt on the days that his team was able to work, and details of what was being done and when were made very clear by Gary. We will be hiring Gary again for patio and sidewalk work next summer!

Description of Work: The city of Waukesha contacted my husband and I about replacing our sidewalk. We were allowed to choose an outside contractor and I called Mr. Thompson for a possible quote. He was kind enough to go over the details and let me know that the city's contractors are almost always going to give a better price for the work being done. I appreciated his honesty and responsiveness.

+ -1 moreGARY THOMPSON IS THE OWNER. GARY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY PHONE CALL AND CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE WITHOUT DELAY. THE ESTIMATE WAS REASONABLE AND GARY SPENT TIME DISCUSSING OPTIONS WITH ME. HE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT THE JOB. GARY AND HIS CREW PERFORMED THE WORK ON A SATURDAY MORNING. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN 5 1/2 HOURS. THEIR WORK WAS EFFICIENT AND THE STEP AND WALK TURNED OUT VERY WELL. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA BEFORE DEPARTING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
