Description of Work: Sprayed for weeds and killed a good portion of my grass. Told me that was normal and gave me instructions on how to seed. Disappointed that they didn't ask about spraying before doing it or warn of the results to my lawn. Didn't return phone calls until late in fall when it was too late to seed. No offer of making satisfaction for unauthorized spraying and failure to return my calls.

+ -1 moreWE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK IN 2003 AND RENEWED THEIR SERVICES IN 2004. HOWEVER, IN 2004, THE WORKERS SPRAYED A LINE OF EVERGREEN TREES WHILE TREATING THE LAWN, DAMAGING THE TREES. WHEN WE CALLED THEM TO COMPLAIN AND ASK WHAT THEY WOULD DO TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE, THEY SUGGESTED THAT WE TRIM BACK THE AREAS THAT WERE SPRAYED TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE - THEY DID NOT OFFER TO DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE. WE DID NOT HIRE THEM FOR 2005 AND WILL NOT HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
