Response from Naturalawn Of America
Angie's list members, I have attached the email string from this member. I feel that there was nothing inappropriate about our interaction, my reference to a Yugo car was only meant to say I am not the cheapest service in the market place. It had nothing to do with any nationality. Please feel free to format your own decisions. Thanks George Menos owner. I take offense to that comment "George". I am Serbian and the Yugo was made in Serbia at one time. I am sure you see that based on my last name. Not only will I grade you an "F" and inform Angie's List....I will consider any future emails from you harassment. Please stop emailing me and making these un-professional and rude comments. If not, my next phone call will be the local Pewaukee authority. Sent from my iPhone 6 Plus On Apr 15, 2015, at 8:39 AM, georgemenos wrote: Decisions about lawn care are not just based on price. What you need to understand is if your price isn't up to par with what a customer wants to pay you are wasting your own time and polluting the environment while your driving over to that person's house. I would appreciate if you respect my decision to go elsewhere. Goodbye. I feel that there is no customer service providing quotes that way. Our products and services are completely different than all other companies that is the reason for the desire to explain how it works. Sorry you feel I am wasting your time. The route you are taking is mailing the info and forcing the potential customer to speak to you over the phone to get a simple quote. Once I have established that you are the one I will hire we can talk all day on the phone if you would like. Until then please respect my time. I'm sorry...that's just bad business in my opinion. Good luck. Thanks for the opportunity. Good luck! This is taking too much of time to get a simple quote. I will look elsewhere.
