Description of Work: They have been fertilizing out lawn for a year and a half now. So much greener, fuller and healthier. Our patchy weed filled lawn is a thing of the past. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: They called (and had already driven by my home) the day I sent an online inquiry. They had a good plan, and their pricing was competitive with other traditional lawn services. Our lawn was looking pretty sad before they came, and it is looking great now (some of that is natural spring revival, but some is the treatment).

Description of Work: We were looking for a lawn service for weeds/fertilizer. After another service called me from another state, gave me an estimate from google earth without even seeing the lawn, we decided to try this one. They came out and evaluated lawn, gave an estimate, and came the following week. There is something to be said about dealing with actual people.

Complaint filed.
Description of Work: I emailed the provider to get a simple price. He refused to speak with me on the prices even after I gave him specific information that he needed. He came to my home and left me a pamphlet with no pricing. His email stated he will not give me prices unless we talk on the phone. I find this a bit ridiculous....sorry. He told me I will have to wait until the mailman delivers the letter he sent which explains the pricing in full detail. I am wondering why this couldn't be emailed in this day and age. To make matters worse he offended me by making a rude, very unprofessional and uncalled for statement against my nationality which I will not get into. Because of this I will file a formal complaint with Angie's List and with the state of WI.

Angie's list members, I have attached the email string from this member. I feel that there was nothing inappropriate about our interaction, my reference to a Yugo car was only meant to say I am not the cheapest service in the market place. It had nothing to do with any nationality. Please feel free to format your own decisions. Thanks George Menos owner. I take offense to that comment "George". I am Serbian and the Yugo was made in Serbia at one time. I am sure you see that based on my last name. Description of Work: Provided 6 treatments with various fertilizer, weed/pest control treatments. Very pleased with service and results. Lawn appearance has improved immeasurably. We have pets- thus we are very concerned with the type of chemicals used on the lawn.

Description of Work: Nate was nice enough to help me move my patio furniture off the lawn because i had forgotten they were coming out and went a head and started powerwashing the patio. I was very impressed with his great attitude and friendly disposition.
