Work done quickly, very professional

Work quality and roofing crew was great. The clean up could have been better given the snow. For example some of the debris got mixed in the snow where had a tarp been placed would have easily contained it. . I have been promised a return visit to capture the debris once the snow melts.

I will never use this company or Home Advisor again. The cost of the project in my opinion was three times the cost of what I could have had it done for if I would have done some more research.

The materials were excellent and service exceptional! They were very knowledgeable and came out at 8 PM to give the quote to fit our schedule. The guy who came out and installed the siding I would like to give more than 5 stars.

This sales person was very professional and easy to talk to. The crew did a fine job and cleaned up when they were done!

From the salesperson, scheduling people and installation crew where all very friendly and helpful. I found the process hassle free and easy. I absolutely LOVE my new windows. Once the install was done the company came back out to re-check the installation and make sure we where fully satisfied. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This is the second house I have put new windows in within the last 5 years. This time I decided to go with a new company and different windows because I wasnt totally happy with the first home. This company is a little more expensive but the quality of window is so much better that I decided that overall the saving would be greater with this better window. What I didn't realize is that the quality of the work and materials used to replace my window is far better than I ever thought. The work is beautiful that was done so far. I'm glad I decided to spend the extra money to go with this company!! They are totally perfessional and great at what they do.

The contractors that installed my first set of windows were very Profesional. I requested them for my second project as well.

The people are honest and get right to work to save you time. They are a little more expensive yhan some other companies but are worth it.

Testing

Ordered windows 4/30/16 it's now 6/22/16 still waiting for windows. Was told at ordering it would take about four weeks to build and install.

Your Home Improvement Company did a super job of replacing all of the windows in our home. I am sure there are less expensive windows available, but the sales people did a great job of showing us the benefits of choosing the Preservation brand of window. We were impressed with the function, design, durability and potential for energy savings on future utility bills. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the friendly and professional work done by the installers. We appreciated the fact that the sales people came back to do a walk through to check on the completed project. We would highly recommend Your Home Improvement Company to others.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did not ask for final payment until I was completely satisfied with the job. They gave me weekly updates on the manufacturing of the window - they make their own windows. I did not have to deal with sub-contractors because they have their own crews. And, they got the job done very quickly.

From the salesmen to the installers these men were too notch! Love my new windows!

The whole process was very professional. The installation crew is very good at what they do. They are very polite, and efficient. There was no mess afterwards and the roof looks great. If you need a roof installed, this is the crew to get. I would highly recommend them.

Did excellent work.

The Your Home Improvement Company was thorough, communicated with us frequently and seem to have a stellar system. Their window installers were excellent. They new their job, kept us informed, cleaned up after the job and were very pleasant. I would hire them in a New York minute. And we would work with the Your Home Improvement Company again and probably will in the near future. Thanks for a job well done.

Top flight product and service. A bit more expensive than other contractors but product is much better. Kept me aware of status at all stages of work and installers were very good, knowledgable, and helpful.
