Merlin’s exclusive 200,000 Mile Tire Warranty along with the optional four year road hazard plan can mean that with proper maintenance, customers will never have to buy tires again. THE DRIVE FOR 200,000 ALLIANCE, Merlin’s rewards program, provides “real cash” which is accrued on every service that can be redeemed for tire and vehicle DRIVE FOR 200,000 maintenance packages. A customized eGarage is provided for each customer that tracks their vehicle service history, provides coupons, service reminders, and monthly emails featuring driving news and tips. Merlin Shops offer shuttle service to your home or work and provide free repair estimates. The service menu contains all the maintenance and repair your vehicle needs to go 200,000 miles and beyond, and every service includes a complimentary 20 Point Vehicle Inspection. I took my vehicle there to do a specific task because I thought I knew what the problem was. They did that and it did not fix it -- it was a very minor repair. They did not charge me for that after they realized it was not fixing the problem. They showed me what I actually needed to do.
