house cleaning
 + -1 more"They were supposed to clean a rental home after the tenants moved out. They quoted me for about 9 .5 man hrs, but only one person showed up and didn't even come with a vacuum. I told her to text me before she left so I could look it over and tip. She didn't text me until after she had already left, only after being at the house for 3.5 hours. Upon seeing the poor job she did, I told her to come back. The inside was not clean at all. The fridge was dirty inside and out, did not mop or sweep the home thoroughly, and it had spots and stuff on the floor still. Honestly, nothing was correct. I called the company to let them know, and they told me to fill out a survey, and someone would be in contact with me. I did this a month ago and still haven't heard from them. I don't want my money back but would appreciate an apology or follow-up."
Description of Work: Perform a move out clean at a rental property I own.
