They did a great job! They arrived promptly and did the work effeciently.

I consider them exceptional in their service and their work.  I like that when I call them, they respond right away.  They were prompt when they said they would be here.  They did the work that I asked them to do.  The repair man was friendly and very efficient.  The woman that I talked to in the office was friendly too.  I also had the rubber bands on the garage door replaced, and the guy couldn't complete that work in that particular day.  He came back a few days later, and the woman in the office was very accommodating with that appointment also.  I feel like what they charge and what they did were good!  I don't feel like I was overcharged for what I got.  I would absolutely hire them again.

Each time Janesville Door has performed repair service on our garage doors, I have been impressed with the level of service.  They complete the work quickly, yet are patient enough to answer any and all questions.  I would recommend them to anyone!

Overall, it went great. The staff was friendly, but not overly friendly and they were professional. They came and measured my door and showed up when they said they would (actually I think they were 5 minutes early). They ordered my door and gave me an estimated arrival date. They called within 2 days of that date. On the date of installation they gave me a ONE hour window of when they would arrive. (My friends were impressed actually). So installation day arrives. I'm excited. I wanted to watch the guy install it but I didn't want to hover. So I did paint work on the front of my little beat up house. At one point another Janesville Door truck pulled up. My guess is the installer guy needed help with the ever obstinate pain in the b*** door. i saw them load the old door on the installers truck and truck #2 was gone. When I finally went back to look at the garage the installer was just putting the lock on. When I tried the door it was easy open/easy close. Imagine that! The installer answered my questions patiently and professionally. Just an aside here, between the time I ordered my door and when it was actually installed I had a couple friends tell me that they would be willing to put a garage door in for me. Looking at my newly installed door that was a snap to open and close and was a good quality insulated door that both fit the garage and looked great on my poor little beat up garage I just looked at the guy that installed it and said "This was such a good decision, such a good decision". I wish I had pictures to post. So, overall an excellent experience from start to finish. If I ever need a garage door for another house, or a new door for my home I will call Janesville Door.

I called for a repair in the late afternoon and a very nice young man arrived at 10:00am the next morning. He replaced the broken spring in a timely manner (1 hour) and performed safety checks.
