we were late due to another house taking longer than usual. times given are approximates due to other cleanings ahead of them.This house was extremely dusty and dirty, while it may have been picked up, it took a lot of time to clean it. bathrooms had a lot of soap scum which also takes a lot of timeService Provider Response
we could have came , it just would have been very late. She never said she was having guest and she contacted me several time not knowing when she had made an appointment for. I had one crew in Madison that day. an employee called in sick. that was our problem for that day. Unfiortunately most people who bought this deal expected on very short notice to have cleaning done by fourth of July. this one slipped thru the cracks. We are very sorry!Service Provider Response

We did spend the correct amount of time that was quoted in the estimate process. For First Time cleanings it usually runs about an extra hour no matter what size or condition a home is in. This home was very kept is a very beautiful home. The surfaces and items in this home are specialty and delicate, so extra care and precaution are necessary. I don't believe it will take this long for future cleanings, as we are acclimated to this home now. Typically it should run around $ 75, if we are hired in the future. the person who seemed unprofessional is no longer with us. The person in charge is there to check the work and make sure it was done correctly. I was not told there were high ceilings and wood floors. We normally let the client tell us what to do the wood floor with. EVERY client is different regarding how they want the wood floors done. When I called, and left a message, I asked for someone to return my call if they were unhappy with something we did. I never got a return call.Service Provider Response
she has been apologized to on several occasions. When she worked outside the home, there was less issues because she didn't know who was coming but in the last 12 visits to her home the same person( at least one of two) has been there. She requests 9 am and sometimes that is difficult to get same people due to illness, day off etc. I have continued to improve on this. Please know that this person calls if a shoe, glass etc is out of place. She also volunteers to tell the girls what she want them to do ( again because she is there) instead of letting them work off of the worksheet they have for her house specifically. THIS PERSON CANCELED OFTEN, WITH VERY ;ITTLE NOTICE. I DID WORK WITH HER ON THE QUALITY. I TOLD HER THE PERSON SHE WANTED WAS THE PROBLEM. I DID GIVE HER PAYMENTS FOR DAMAGES AND A LOST CHECK. A CLEANING COMPANY CAN GIVE A ROUNDABOUT TIME FOR ARRIVAL. BUT WE DONT MAKE APPT TIMES IF THE HOUSE BEFORE RUNS LONG THEN WE ARE PUT BEHIND THAT ESTIMATE OF TIME OF ARRIVAL.
