I was happy with the work done by Housekeeping by Jodi. There was a mix up on the original date of when we were to have the cleaning so my husband was unnecessarily late for work, but once I called Jodi, we were able to get it straightened out and rescheduled. The house looked great after the cleaning! They did especially good job on the bathrooms and kitchen.

Job went ok, they were supposed to show up yesterday but didnt and also didnt call. Jody said she'd contact her team to get in touch with me and she hadnt called me back, which forced me to contact her. There were commuication issues. I shouldnt have had to call them. The actual cleaning job was just decent but it was nothing special, seemed like a rushed job like something I couldve easily done. They were nice, my advice for this company would be to be more punctual and responsive. Pay closer attention to detial.

The 2 people from Jodi's worked tirelessly the entire time and cleaned my home from top to bottom. I was very pleased with their service. We have 2 dogs and a cat providing plenty of hair which can be challenging. They loved the dogs and didn't mind them being around. The house never looked better. The deep cleaning was very thorough. I nearly wept for joy seeing the shower look nearly new again, and the laundry room was free from lint and dust that seemed to find its way into every nook and cranny. The grease and sticky stuff on the microwave and stove was gone! I just sat in the house admiring how clean they had made it. It was worth every dollar!

First they were 2 hours and 45 minutes late getting to our place. We had them scheduled at 11 am and they showed up at 1:45 pm. We had the house free of clutter and they were supposed to clean 1 kichen, 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. At 4:30 they told me they were done and they had only cleaned the kitchen, bedroom and 1 bathroom. No living room or upstairs bathroom. They had also broke 2 collector pieces while they were cleaning and chipped the glass top on my antique table. There were still crumbs on my kitchen counter and I informed them that it hadn't been 3 hours yet and could they please finish their time in the living room. Afterall, they were late getting there to begin with. I am not sure why it took so long to do the 3 rooms but needles to say I was very disappointed in their work.

"we were late due to another house taking longer than usual. times given are approximates due to other cleanings ahead of them.This house was extremely dusty and dirty, while it may have been picked up, it took a lot of time to clean it. bathrooms had a lot of soap scum which also takes a lot of time"

It was very good and they were very fast. In the time they were allocated to do the work, they did a good job. A lot of things did not get done that I would normally expect. However, at the time our house was difficult to clean so I feel they did a very good job. They were prompt and also communicated well.

Jodi sent 3 girls which all knew what they were doing and each one took on a different part of the house. They were very professional and very curious. The work they did was outstanding! for the most part. I have wood floors throughout and when they finished they looked better than when I did them (and I'm quite fussy about the floors). Like I said, they all knew what they were doing so they were in and out in 2 hours which now leaves me the rest of the day to do things outside. The lady that cleaned the bathrooms didn't do much. Toilets, tub and counters were all clean, however the vanities (which were dusty in both bathrooms from powder) were never cleaned, trash throughout the entire house was never emptied or removed, which I would have thought was part of the job. I guess all in all, I can clean a house better than they did and will not have them return.

She was fairly pleased. Her husband, less so. Apparently some things were not completed such as general dusting. My son-in-law also noticed that there were cobwebs in the corners and the mirror in the bathroom was left kind of streaky. Having said that, the bathroom was under construction so there wasn't really a chance to clean that as thoroughly as possible. On the good side, the floors were done fine and the pet fur was cleaned well throughout the house. Since everyone deserves a second chance, they are going to call them back to clean when they move out. I hope they are not disappointed.

I think it went great. They showed up with all their supplies and went to town cleaning our house. My house is very clean and easy to maintain between cleanings. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results.

Cleaning was done very well, I was satisfied. Thought price was a bit high, we only have 1200 sq. ft. and I would consider this job to be light housekeeping as I am a weekly cleaner. This was a Birthday gift from my husband. I would have them again.

"We did spend the correct amount of time that was quoted in the estimate process. For First Time cleanings it usually runs about an extra hour no matter what size or condition a home is in. This home was very kept is a very beautiful home. The surfaces and items in this home are specialty and delicate, so extra care and precaution are necessary. I don't believe it will take this long for future cleanings, as we are acclimated to this home now. Typically it should run around $ 75, if we are hired in the future. I appreciate the feedback from this New Client and Thank them for their Business"

Three women arrived promptly at the designated time. We gave them the receipt from our on-line purchase of their service. The woman in charge did not seem familiar with the coupon and was trying to figure out how much time they needed to spend cleaning. It should have been 3 hours but they finished at least a half hour before that. They did not have the equipment needed for some of the things we wanted done. I had them use my long pole to reach the cobwebs on our high windows. They did not seem to know how to clean my hardwood floors and did not have the materials to do so. I told them to use my Bona cleaner and they had to use my mop. The Bona is to be used straight on the wood. One of the women mixed it with water in a bucket and was leaving streaks all over the floor. My husband had to tell her how to do it. Our master bathroom was cleaned well and the wooden blinds were dusted. It looked nice but I was suprised to discover that the dressers and night stands in our bedroom were dusty and didn't seem to have been touched. It was apparent that one of the ladies had some experience and that the other two were rather new. We were surprised that since this was our first time with their agency that someone didn't come by to check their work or at least call to see how things went. We did get a message on our answering machine because we had asked for a quote for a once monthly cleaning. That was before we saw their work. One of the ladies mentioned to my husband that our house was cleaner than what they usually worked on. We were in the market for scheduling a cleaning service each month. This experience did not impress us and we're not wanting to try them again.

"the person who seemed unprofessional is no longer with us. The person in charge is there to check the work and make sure it was done correctly. I was not told there were high ceilings and wood floors. We normally let the client tell us what to do the wood floor with. EVERY client is different regarding how they want the wood floors done. When I called, and left a message, I asked for someone to return my call if they were unhappy with something we did. I never got a return call."

They do a great job. We haven't had any complaints. The owner, Jodi, is very hands-on and she is very easy to work with. She is very accommodating. So far, so good. It is a small individually owned company and she is very responsive to any questions or issues. She was very good at getting it all set up. I don't have a lot to compare the price to. I was happy to find her because I was on short notice.

We still use this service. Usually there is at least one person who comes who is a "regular," which helps consistency in the work. There was a serious employee issue last year that was resolved to my satisfaction once all details came to light, that could not possibly have been foreseen by the owner when sending this person to the house. The price for this service has not been raised in 6+ years, which then was only due to increased scope of work.
The biggest concerns (before the one issue) was when items not put where expected (and therefore hard to find), and some of the employees putting wet items on carpet. This is better now that this reminder is on the worksheet, although occasionally I have to remind them (not the regulars).

"she has been apologized to on several occasions. When she worked outside the home, there was less issues because she didn't know who was coming but in the last 12 visits to her home the same person( at least one of two) has been there. She requests 9 am and sometimes that is difficult to get same people due to illness, day off etc. I have continued to improve on this. Please know that this person calls if a shoe, glass etc is out of place. She also volunteers to tell the girls what she want them to do ( again because she is there) instead of letting them work off of the worksheet they have for her house specifically. I also switch her schedule whenever she calls to change it"

They didn't do very well. In the year I had them clean, my vacuum is broken, they scratched the surface of the microwave and counter. The owner would not pay the damages. Said I had to get it out of the person cleaning. I had one girl I liked. The others just wanted in and out. They put dirty rugs from the kitchen on the carpet and would put the wet mop head on the carpet. Had to tell them several times about that. They used the same rag on many things and it would leave streaks on things. It never felt complete like I would do it. The pillows on the couch were never fluffed, any blankets on the furniture wasn't folded. It was going pretty well when I requested the one person clean. It was hard to have a good job done, so I quit the service.

"THIS PERSON CANCELED OFTEN, WITH VERY ;ITTLE NOTICE. I DID WORK WITH HER ON THE QUALITY. I TOLD HER THE PERSON SHE WANTED WAS THE PROBLEM. I DID GIVE HER PAYMENTS FOR DAMAGES AND A LOST CHECK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD ABOUT A BROKEN VACUUM. THE SCRATCH ON COUNTER WE REPAIRED AND THE MICROWAVE WAS DAMAGED BY SOMEONE IN HER FAMILY. IT HAD BEEN DOCUMENTED"

I am continuing the service so the job went well. They did an excellent job. There were one or two little things. If I was doing it I probably wouldn't worry about it but when I am paying somebody I expect the little things to also be done. I use them every other week and this was just their second week. I imagine that as time goes on, it will get better and I will point things out to them. It has been a blessing. Housecleaning is a personal thing. They did excellent work. They were late the first time but they did a lot of work and they did a lot of stuff that I don't normally do. They clean the ceiling fans every time; the first time they were pretty bad. They did a good job and I was very pleased with them.
