I am very sorry to hear that you wrote this review, as you had been a customer for over a year and were very happy with our services until the last visit. I do apologize that one of our office staff members did not convey your concerns to us before we charged you. Once we received the chargeback our General Manger reached out to you and tried to make things right and we did not fight the chargeback because we feel bad about what happened. We apologize again for the miscommunication.

Description of Work: I was staying at a friends house recovering from surgery. I wanted to leave her with a clean home as a thank you. They cleaned all the floors and the 2 shower stalls and cleaned all the baseboards. The 2 ladies were fast, pleasant and did a great job.

Heather is great - I have had other people from POMC clean my home, but I know Heather is my "normal" person and she is wonderful. We have great communication, and have a rhythm down where I can leave things that need to go to Goodwill, or a watch battery replaced, or whatever, and she takes care of it all. She has been such an asset over the last 6 months or so. I put today's date as the most recent service date, but really, I've been suing POMC for a while now and really like their service. They remember the little things, and keep copious notes about the personalities/needs/individualism of each client so that each client is taken care of as they need to be taken care of. My quirks about shoes being organized or when the sheets need to be changed on the bed are different than someone else's who may have kids, etc. ... and so they make an effort to get to know you as a person and take care of you. I highly recommend them.

The team at Peace of Mind does a fantastic job of meeting our needs. My husband and I are very busy professionals with 2 small children and we don't always have time to get to our to-do list. That's where Peace of Mind comes in. We have someone come by our home twice per week to do the extra things on our to-do list. We are less stressed, our house stays cleaner, and best of all - we can totally customize each visit to accomplish what we want handled. They've done everything from toilets, to window fingerprints, to folding a basket of laundry that we can't get to.

This service is a dream come true! The owner is very professional and personable and spends a lot of time going through her services and explaining everything they do when cleaning a home. She gives you an estimate and then sticks to it. She worked for one of the larger services previously before starting her own business, so she learned the correct way to clean a home. She's very dedicated to customer service, and so were the two employees that came with her. I think I'll be a happy customer for a long time to come. Believe me, if you're at your wits end because your house never looks as good as it could, give Jenny a call. You won't regret it.
Description of Work: A team of three women came and cleaned our home and did the most wonderful job! We've had other services that were good too, and some that were not so good, but Peace of Mind is the best we've found yet! In my opinion, they're even better than one service we had from Mequon that was great (and they've received several Happiness Awards here), so that's saying a lot! They are meticulous in their cleaning and attention to detail. They spend more time cleaning than the other services as well, because they make sure nothing is missed. Also, they will do extras such as change sheets, make beds, clean lighting fixtures and windows, or really anything you want done, including laundry and walking the dog. The owner, Jenny, was recommended to me by a friend, and she was happy to work me into her schedule on a day that was convenient for me (not the other way around, like most services). They arrived on time and were very friendly. We have a large two-story house with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, so it took them about two and a half hours, but the place was spotless when they left! The first cleaning costs a little more than if you hire them for regular service (which is the same with other cleaning services). They'll be coming on a monthly basis so the cost will be a bit less from now on. Obviously, I'm very pleased and can't wait to have them over again!
