Bob was very quick to reply to my inquiry and was able to haul away an old mattress the very next morning. Prompt and courteous work.

He showed up 5 days after he was originally supposed to. And when he did dhow up I didn't even know he was coming. I will say he did not charge me once he did come and I appreciate that but I won't be recommending him.

Bob gave me the best bid, came within a few days and got the job done in less than a 1/2 hour. He must be an engineer because he figured our how to safely move the big 5 person hot tub with just two guys. Totally satisfied.

Our experience with RW Cleaning Services exceeded our expectations. Immediately after submitting my request on HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Bob. I described to him the items we needed to be removed from my sisters apartment and he quoted me an estimated price, which was very reasonable. We scheduled the pick up and Bob and his staff were on time, professional and efficient in removing the items, some of which were very heavy and bulky. When the bill came, it was as quoted. Bob and his staff did an amazing job with removing items (many of them very heavy and some that had special disposal requirements) from an apartment and disposing of them. They were easy to work with, responsive, timely, efficient, and flexible (we added a few items at the last minute and they accommodated and even managed to get them all into one load by stacking things creatively in their trailer). I was blown away by their expertise and the reasonable price for what they did.

Went beyond the minimum in junk removal.

They did the job quickly and efficient. The job was difficult having not only dealing with the removal of the junk but dealing with other individual that thought they had the rights to decide what was to be done, they handled these people with care letting them know they were not in charge. I felt my duties i gave them were handled very good.

RW Cleaning Services was responsive, efficient and very reasonably priced. Timing was a little off as we scheduled a time and then he called again to change time, but I imagine he'd be very flexible if we weren't able to work with the changes. Would definitely hire again.
