This group are very friendly and have great customer service. The best part about the whole experience is that they quote you a price and promise it won't change even if something comes up. Our old furnace broke and we chose them to replace it, and we truly felt they bent over backwards for us, without us asking. A+ experience.

Karl the service tech they sent out came the same day I called, was on time, very professional and courteous, and knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly (an intermittent gas valve), ordered the new part, picked it up the following day, came back to my home ind installed it. I have had no trouble since. Very satisfied. Don't know how they could have done a better job.
