Description of Work: They came to unfreeze are pipes. The pipes were unfrozen but the six holes in our drywall were not repaired. In the end we needed a contractor to help insulate our pipes but we were not given a reference for a contractor until I had to talk to the owner. My wife called earlier they didn't offer any solution. Abandoned is how we felt. Not a professional way to handle business.

Description of Work: I called with three issues: a slow drain, low pressure on a hot water faucet and water coming up the basement drain. Greg arrived promptly, took care of all three problems and even showed me a problem I was unaware of - the guy who installed the dishwasher incorrectly attached it to the cold water pipes instead of the hot water. At my request, Greg then attached the dishwasher to the hot water pipe. He was professional throughout; I have been using Borth-Wilson for several years and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The people were very nice and responded quickly. |It took 2 hours to change a washer in a shower faucet. I will acknowledge that the plumber had no previous experience with our home but it seemed like an excessive amount of time to accomplish the repair. By the way, the shower is dripping again but I am not sure if it is the faucet that he repaired.

Description of Work: Removed bathroom whirlpool & surround. Installed new tub with surround, new plumbing, new drywall above surround. There was some initial problem with shower sliding doors arriving damaged so they reordered. That took almost an additional month. Then some plumbing problems occurred after we used new shower several times - that issue has not yet been corrected.

 + -1 moreTHEY GAVE ME A 3 HOUR WINDOW OF ARRIVAL TIME FOR THE DAY AFTER MY TELEPHONE CALL. THE PLUMBER ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. HE WAS VERY NEAT AND POLITE, GAVE ME FEEDBACK ON EACH OF THE LEAKS AND HOW MUCH EACH WOULD COST. HE INSTANTLY RECOGNIZED THE SHOWER''S PLUMBING AND TOLD ME ABOUT IT AND GAVE ME THE OPTION OF REPAIR VS. REPLACE (THE PROBLEM IS A COMMON ONE WITH THIS TYPE OF FIXTURE). ONE OF THE LEAKS WAS AN OLD FAUCET THAT EMPTIES INTO A LAUNDRY TUB IN THE BASEMENT AND, EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT USUALLY DO LAUNDRY PLUMBING, HE REPLACED THE WASHER (IT WAS DRIPPING HOT WATER, SO I GREATLY APPRECIATED IT).
