The staff arrived on time, and did a great job--even more than I had hoped with the time they had. I was really impressed and appreciated their hard work and efficient service. I will use them again. I was very happy with the one time cleaning from Mother Earth Cleaners. They were very quick to respond to emails, and made an effort to work with my schedule. The cleaning team did a quick and thorough job. It was exactly what I hoped for.

Wonderful service. The owner worked with me on getting someone here is a tight turnaround. The cleaners were on time and very efficient. There were some language barriers but they understood me enough to complete what was requested. I would definitely use them again!

I used Mother Earth Cleaners twice. The first time (in 2011) they did quite a good job. They took time to scrub the walls, vacuum the furniture, and other things I would expect from a cleaning service that had agreed to do a thorough cleaning job. However, before they left I asked if they had cleaned the interior window sills. The lead cleaner on site told me they had. After they left, I noticed they had not cleaned them thoroughly - and some had clearly not been cleaned at all - they were dusty and had dirt in the corners of the interior lower window panes. However, I was busy (expecting guests) and did not bring this up with them. I then hired them a second time in approx. May 2012. This time we agreed that they would arrive at a certain time, and then they called and said they were coming a lot earlier (I'm not sure how much -- an hour or more). I told them that timing wouldn'yt work for me and they seemed taken aback. When they arrived, they left dirt in the bottom of the tub after cleaning it. I asked them to re-do it and they did. Then they broke a glass container that was sitting in the middle of a large table. They told me about it and we agreed that it would come out of their payment. They adhered to this. Based on these experiences I would rate them a B- and would not hire them again. I really would like to find a cleaning service that comes within 20 minutes of when they have said they would, and does a thorough job without my having to check behind them.

I've used them for about a year and a half. They did an emergency move in service within two days of us calling. They do an amazing job. They use green products and contact us every week if there is a change in any appointments. They always someone there that has been in my home and knows exactly what I want.

The crew arrived pretty late for our move-our cleaning, but they kept us informed by calling to let us know. Once they arrived, they went straight to work. One of the partners came along to get the crew started. She helped communicate our needs and made sure that things were done to her satisfaction. We were just moving our last boxes out, so they were cleaning from top to bottom. They did an excellent job on details like appliances inside and out, too. They worked all afternoon and made the house shine. The new owners had their walk-through with their realtor later that afternoon and the realtor notified us that the house looked wonderful. Two days later they sent another crew to our new house. We had time to move boxes in, but hadn't unpacked anything yet. They wiped down cabinets, appliances and de-cobwebbed a house that had been clean but sitting vacant for months. It was so nice to move into a clean house and be able to unpack the kitchen into sanitized space. We have now hired the service to clean every other week. We pay a very reasonable rate and see good results. They started the regular cleanings last week and they only place they missed was inside the microwave. I am sure they just overlooked it and will get it next time.

The crew did a wonderful job! They were friendly and efficient. The movers weren't out of the house yet, so the cleaners had to work around them. They did so the best they could with no complaints. They worked very hard cleaning the refrigerators and the double oven. They communicated well re what they needed from me. They also swept the front walk. I highly recommend this company and crew. The house was not clean at all when they arrived and was sparkling when they left. I'm sorry I don't have the names of the crew with me as we are still traveling. I will try to add the names when I have access to that piece of paper - once I find it. My cleaning crew was composed of Jessica, Daynaly, and Grescencla (hope I have the spelling right)

Mother Earth Cleaners are great. I am really pleased with them. They are efficient, thorough, pleasant to work with, and they do a great job of cleaning.

We have been using them for about two years. Generally it is a good service.

They are quite cooperative. They do have Latino's working for them and that works out fine. They're lead worker is an English speaking person, but one time she was a half an hour late and I realized then that they didn't understand what I was saying to them. That's a little bit of a difficulty, but it only happened once.

Before we signed on for monthly cleanings, Mother Earth Cleaners came out about once a year for 3 years to do a one-time special event type cleaning (just before the birth of each of our kids & a family reunion); they did a great job then and continue to treat our monthly cleanings with that same care and professionalism. Well done. :)

They do a very good job and are very responsive to special needs. I am pretty happy with them and will continue to use their services in the future.

We contacted Mother Earth Cleaners to do a deep cleaning on our house before our baby was born. David initially responded quickly and came to discuss the services and see the house in order for him to write up an estimate, this was early November. The actual cost estimate did not arrive in a timely manner. After a week of waiting, I emailed him to request the estimate. He apologized for the delay and emailed the estimate. We decided to schedule an appointment after the estimate arrived (Nov. 19). Scheduling with David was a nightmare. He would email the morning of a day that they could come - not nearly enough time for me to rearrange my work schedule. After 6 emails, we agreed on a cleaning date (a full month after I first contacted them). The cleaning crew arrived late (but called first to tell me they were late) and proceeded to do a thorough, and generally decent job. Unfortunately the device they used to clean my hardwood floors caused chipping and scraping. Now I need to repair and refinish flooring. UGH. They have apologized for the damage, but not offered any compensation for the flooring. Lastly, they send an electronic invoice, which is great, but the link to pay online doesn't function, when I notified David of this, he confirmed the problem, and suggested I pay over the phone with my credit card. I sent a check. Overall my experience with this company was disappointing.

I found them on Angie's List. I definitely think the price is fair.

We have them come every other week. They are extremely punctual. There were three people who came. They did it quickly. The house looks great. They used green products so that the house does not smell like chemicals when they are done.

We last used them today to perform a complete cleaning in our house. They do excellent work, and they run a good service for a reasonable price. I like the caliber of people they use to do the service and I'll be using them again in two weeks!

David was very easy to work with. He came out the very next day to give me an estimate. The cleaning team themselves were a little late which made them end later than our agreed upon end time. It wasn't really a big deal overall though. In their effort to finish on time, they did miss some vacuuming on the lower level, but came right back out and took care of it without issue. The did a great job and I love that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products. It's one of the main reasons I went with them. I was particularly impressed with the refrigerator and kitchen sink. Since they've been out we've decided to use them regularly.

I trust them enough for them to be in my house when we are not here so I can't say how it went from start to finish.

It was an okay experience, but not exactly our best choice. We used them for a little while and then we cancelled. We work from home so we have certain expectations that people will come at the time that they say. We expected the ones who said they would come to come. We just felt that the times and people coming were changing so frequently that we just couldn't deal with it. I wouldn't say they were doing a bad job, but they just weren't right for us.

My first contact with David was very good - he came over the next day (on a Saturday) and did a walkthrough. He gave me an estimate that turned out to be almost exact (it was a few dollars too high), and he was pleasant and knowledgable. The first cleaning was the following week. When I got home from work I was amazed at how clean my condo was. I am not much for cleaning myself, and I was very happy to be able to live in a really clean environment again. Unfortunately, there was a catch - my master bathroom toilet was clogged and would not flush. The next morning, I called David, and he apologized and guessed that a pumice stone had been flushed accidentaly. He suggested I call a plumber and immediately offered to cover the bill. While it was an inconvienence to have to call a plumber and meet him during the workday, I understand that people make mistakes, and I really appreciated that David didn't hesitate to own up to that mistake, and offered to pay for it without being prompted - this is why I remained a customer. The next two cleanings have gone without incident - my condo has been clean. There are a few small areas here and there that probably could use a better cleaning, but I know they rotate the deep cleanings around, so I'm expecting those to fix themselves. The only negative feedback I have is that the communication could be improved somewhat. I asked for an estimate on deep carpet cleaning that I never received, and I attempted to reschedule my second cleaning (and got a verbal acknowlegement from David), but this was forgotten and they came during the originally scheduled time. All in all, I am happy with the service I have been getting, and I will continue to be a customer and enjoy my clean Condo!

David, Tekla and their crews are terrific. They aim to please and always want to know how they've done and how they can improve. They trained the crew in our home and with our input, which ensured that they came to know just how we like things done and what specific areas are important to us. They always try to send the same people; when that's not possible, though, they make sure that at least one of the three crew members is someone who is regularly at our house. The cleaners are friendly and professional. They are very comfortable with our big, goofy dog. Only twice has something minor accidentally been broken, and the cleaners left a note both times explaining what had happened and offering to fix or replace the item. They are accommodating when we need to change from our scheduled day. While they tend to arrive later than the projected window, we always get a call letting us know that they are behind schedule. They are a bit pricer than others. Things that make it worth it for us include the care they take, the fact that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products and bring all their own equipment, and their absolute trustworthiness. Satisfaction is guaranteed, and they mean it ... how could they not be worth a try?!

They come twice a month. They have different plans as far as what they do. They are very good. They do excellent cleaning. They are usually here on time and they are not here for a long period of time. They are very personable. They is always a head team leader with the people that come in and clean. They are right on top of the things. If I am sick or something then we get it rescheduled right away. Their prices are very reasonable.
