Marie and Alba were wonderful. They were on time, got right to work and were very professional and friendly. We had them come over at 830am, and clean the public areas of our house for a party we were having. They did a great job, our house was clean and fresh, they were unobtrusive and very nice to my young daughters who can get underfoot. My wife has a chemical sensitivity which makes using most cleaning products difficult, not so here. We are looking into a bi-weekly service and would definately go with these guys if we decided to pull the trigger.

It was a pretty well job. They did a fine job. I asked them to use not really heavy chemicals and they worked into that and complied. I wasn't unpleasant and surprised. They kind of respected that. They did a pretty thorough job. The price was comparable to other places I looked at. They may be a little bit cheaper. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. It was an average price. There were few thing I wish they had done but they didn't. They called me pretty quickly.

This company was so easy to schedule and work with. We set up everything by email, which fits my needs perfectly. The crew showed up on time, were friendly, and did a great job. There was a slight fresh smell and no chemical smell when they were done.

The cleaners did a great job! Very tidy, nothing misplaced, and no cleaning-product fragrances. They even removed rust stains from my toilet, which I wasn't expecting but was happy about. The reason I'm giving a B instead of an A is that the scheduling was a little confusing. For example, the second time I scheduled cleaning, I asked to have the same team that came out the first time. I wasn't picky about days or times as long as I got that team. Since I didn't hear that it wouldn't be possible, I assumed I'd get the same team. But it was a different team. They were nice people and did a good job, but it was inconvenient because my second team had three people while my first team had had two. I had the right denominations of cash to give equal tips to two people, but not to three, so that was very embarrassing.

They were friendly but focused on working. We've hired them to come back every two weeks.

A crew of 3 women showed up at my house and transformed if from dusty and stale to fresh and shining! I was so pleased with this service. David the owner, was very responsive and took the time to come out and assess the situation first. I like the green aspect of their sevices. The women were very careful and respectful of my home and belongings. I would trust them to do future house cleaing!

Excellent, thorough, efficient and thoughtful touches. Each week they focus on an area of the house for a deep clean. Reliable, puntual, and accomodating. Eco-friendly cleaning products. I can't recommend them enough!

My house looks awesome! I especially want to mention that they are using a new product for cleaning stainless steel. My appliances look wonderful! I've tried everything, but now they sparkle. This is the third cleaning and they by far, go well beyond! Would recommend them highly. The crew was professional and friendly. Thanks to David and crew.

Cleaners were prompt and courteous, though were unaware of the extent of the work I had requested as part of my quote. Still, they cleared this up and accomplished the tasks well. The carpet cleaning was separate, though this was not made readily apparent in the quote. Be sure to read the quote completely, as the highlighted price did not include the line item for subcontracted work and caught me off-guard.

David was very responsive and flexible. Great follow up. The cleaners did a fine job around the house. The price seemed a bit high, but they were able to come on a Saturday, which is hard to find.

I thought the price was fair. I've been using them for over a year. They clean our home and our offices. They are very thorough and very careful with their work.

We've used Mother Earth for little over a year to have general house cleaning every 3 weeks for our house. At first, they did a good job and had no service call backs. In the last 5 months things started to really go down hill and with the last 4 cleanings with service call each time, I had enough. There's nothing worse than paying someone to clean your house and having it not meet your expectations. Although they have been responsive each time that I called to state what the crew forgot to clean, it was getting very annoying that I had to call in the first place to have them come back to clean again. I'm not sure what happened to them and their company but seeing how others are also complaining about the quality of the cleaning recently, makes me think that they no longer have good quality control. I also want to mention that I hired them to clean my dad's house before it went up for sale and they charged me more than my house (my house is double the size) and did a horrible job. David also told me that with the detail cleaning it would include cleaning out cabinets and drawers and they did not do that. When I mention this, the other other indicated that that's not part of their service. Not sure if they have a complete breakdown in communications between the two. I had to call (once again) to have them come back and clean parts of my dad's house again. I would definitely not recommend this company.

It went well I have just had a few scheduling issues where a date was scheduled and then they would have to Chang it.

David responded to an email request with a phone call within a few hours. He worked with my schedule to set up a time to come for an estimate. We scheduled the initial cleaning, and then I had to change the date. He made it all very easy. Then he again worked with our schedule to set up a day of the week and time for our regular cleanings. It has all been very easy!

They came out twice to clean our condo. The first clean was really not up to our standards (under the coffee table wasn't vacuumed and spider webs were left in the kitchen corner). The owner was very polite and responsive. He immediately scheduled a re-clean for free, which was very good of him. The second clean was better than the first, and we really appreciate how he handled our business. He has great customer service. We have decided to go elsewhere. I would recommend that people try them for themselves. It could have just been an off day on the first clean we experienced.

Unfortunately, we will not be hiring David because of what I believe to be a fundamental flaw in Mother Earth Cleaner's company policy regarding references. When I asked for a list of references, David said, "As a policy, we do not disclose client information. However, over 50 clients and customers have supplied comments to Angie's List. We have the highest rating and reviews in Dane county for cleaning service. I hope those unsolicited comments can suffice." When I replied saying I generally trust Angie's List but found it odd that he doesn't have a list of clients readily available to go to bat for his company, he simply thanked me for my feedback - no references. What are potential customers who are not Angie's List members supposed to do? Are they expected to become Angie's List members just to check out the company's references? Personally (with no disrespect to Angie's List), I feel most comfortable talking to a current or former client over the phone rather than just checking semi-anonymous reviews online. It's a shame, because had the references checked out, we would have hired him. Just wanted to share my own experience for the sake of full disclosure.

See comments above. The first crew spent a lot of time standing around doing nothing - time for which I was charged. I mean, $450 to clean an empty 1400 sq. ft. home?? Ridiculous! Partuculary in light of the lousy job they did upstairs.

We use Mother Earth Cleaners for our ongoing cleaning service- they are excellent!!! Great staff- personable, efficient and thorough and they have been willing to accomodate our scheduling issues. We also appreciate the natural products they use. Our home is always sparkling clean and they attend to a different detailing issue each visit. They are wonderful!

My son gave me a kitchen and bathroom cleaning as a gift. Due to helping care for my father, arthritis and then breaking my ankle, those 2 rooms were in pretty bad shape! The cleaners were awesome! They worked hard and steadily and when they were done, both rooms sparkle. They literally cleaned from ceiling to floor and everything in between. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Mother Earth Cleaners to anyone.
