I was traveling extensively over the period of time I was using this Lawn service. I paid 100.00 per month each month in advance; sight unseen with the expectation they would come and mow weekly. One complaint I have is I never recieved a statement from them the whole time I was with them. I came home in mid-September and the lawn needed mowing and I had to call them the last week in September because it hadn't been mowed for 3 weeks and I had paid for 4 weeks. They came once twice in October but I know I have at least two weeks coming from September and in July; neighbors and friends said they only mowed their lawn once during that time because of the dry weather. If that is the case I have money coming for July as well. They were willing to bill me after they did the service but since I was not going to be available I wanted to do the right thing and pay upfront for the services; perhaps that was my mistake. I will contact them for a statement of services and for a credit balance report but as a customer I feel that should not be necessary. Other than that they were polite and did a good job whenever they came.
