charged us full price when he picked the tv up, also charged us for a surge protector I did not need as I already had one, he charged ~60.00 for that, ( they sell online for under 20.00) and the balance for the "repair"  Late for each visit, took over three weeks when he said it would be done in one, and tv still not fixed. Left many messages but vm box usually full.  Very poor job.  DO NOT USE!

It went horrible! We have done nothing but chase this guy, when he finally answers, he says he is busy at that moment and will call me right back, which never happens. He gives you all kinds of excuses when you can catch up to him, but never keeps his word! Our patience is quickly running out now, as he holds onto our money.

Our 46? Samsung LCD died on us last March (2012) and we decided to see if it was repairable since it cost us SO much
and it was only 6 years old!  Roger came to the house and said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and he
took our $599 and our TV.   Fast forward 15 months later!  I've been told several different excuses for the delay...that is when I get a call back.  He hired a guy last year (Ricardo) who would at least call me back only to tell me he didn't know the status or that he would tell Roger to call me.  Even he was embarrassed that Roger wasn't getting back to me.  I continued to call at least once a week   In the end I just wanted him to admit that he couldn?t fix or didn?t even have our TV any longer.  I figured I?d fight for the 50% labor refund I was supposedly able to recover according to the contract.  The number is now disconnected and I suspect he?s gone belly up.  Good riddance.  Shame on you.

The repair was to be made so that the set would be returned in a week. It was returned in three weeks. Numerous phone calls to check on  progress were unanswered or excuses were made for failure to get back to us. I got the impression that the people running this organization were doing so on a part-time basis, that is, they had other jobs or were attending college classes or both.
When the set finally came back to us, the remote control was missing.  That meant another round of frustrating, unanswered calls before the technician finally dropped off the remote.
When I needed information to file an insurance claim, no one responded to my requests. When an e-mail came back to me, I guessed that the firm had gone out of business.
I will have to say the set is up and running beautifully. But the communication problems dealing with this outfit were so aggravating, I am sure I will not do business with them again. That is, if they are still around.

I realized I had called an establishment that I had not intended to call due the negative ratings in Angies List.  I called and explained that to Customer Service who explained that business has improved so we decided to give them a chance, as we prefer  to support local merchants for service issues.   I was told when our TV was picked up (12/17/12) that it would be fixed and returned in one week.  A week later, no TV, and no status update.  I called and spoke to Customer Service and was told the team was working hard to get all the TV's completed and delivered by Christmas.  I again brought up my previous concerns about the bad ratings and the fact that we were not notified of the delay and asked  that the TV be returned to us.  I was promised a call back with status, which I received.  The ordered part did not come in on time due to the Holiday and delayed deliveries due to weather back east.  I was told when the part would be in and promised a call back to confirm the part came and confirm the final set return date.  I did get a call confirming the part was in and the set was returned on the final scheduled date. John  delivered and set up the set for us, He was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous, we were very pleased with his work.  The remote was missed in the delivery and Roger delivered to our home himself.  The TV is working great , this company is working hard to improve their reputation.

Don't use this company and don't trust anything they promise. It's all lies.

Overall, it has been the biggest runaround of my life and is still continuing.  I feel I've been ripped off and will have to take legal action.  It's been approximately a month since I paid for the part and express delivery.  I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email as to where the part was and the timing of installation.  All I hear back from them is the promise that they will have an answer for me by the end of the day.   This has gone on for two weeks now.  I asked for my money back.  No answer.  To add insult to injury I find the part costs $750 with a core credit of $350 for a net $400 for the part.  They want $1000 with no core credit.  Bad company.

On August 7th Roger checked out our TV, we were told it would take a week and a half to fix our tv. Roger took  it that day, a week and half turned into all most 2 months.  Every time we called them we got a different story. After one month and several calls,we were told to read the fine print (which stated it could take as long as 2 months). HAD THAT BEEN MADE CLEAR to us ,we would have never used them. They collect the fee up front and then just screw you around forever. Don't use! Bad, bad, bad people.
