Description of Work: The choice of Bellaren for my project was a wise one! This was a long, involved construction of a new 3-car garage and the remodel of the existing 5-car garage into living space. It involved a number of trades and schedules and Kyle Curtis, owner/general contractor and General Manager of Bellaren was on top of the coordination at all times. The project took longer than anticipated, but the final product was spectacular. The communication between me and the crew was excellent at all times and we all became friends and "co-conspirators." Each of the crew members was very skilled, with a lot of experience, and I appreciated their total dedication to excellence and getting it done right. They all worked very, very hard. No slacking in that crew! I appreciated, also, that everything could be done through Kyle's company -- that he took care of all hiring and scheduling of the sub-contractors -- and that took a lot of pressure from my shoulders. The crew cleaned up their work areas before leaving the site each night and removed all debris, trash, construction materials, etc. This eliminated my initial fear that I would be a prisoner to a long, ugly, disoriented, messy construction area. Not so. . . they were clean, tidy and just great! Kyle (and his office staff) was always very responsive; if I had a question or raised an issue, it was either answered or dealt with quickly. Kyle always had good, and proper, equipment on the scene to deal with whatever was being constructed (or torn out!) at any given time. The entire project was completed as agreed. I will be using Kyle, his company, and his crew for some other projects in the future. I highly recommend Bellaren LLC! Thanks, Kyle et al! Carole Coe-Hauskins

Description of Work: Kyle was very nice explaining he usually didn't do jobs this small. He was trying to fit me in with jobs in the area, but it was starting to be too long of a wait. Wish we could have used him.

Description of Work: Called and set appointment up for a quote, this is a 125,000 remodle by the way...They set the appointment and then never called back to confirm and never showed...must be too busy
