Awesome! Everything I asked to have them do was done and more! I appreciate Merry Maids personal service and professionalism. They are dependable and consistent. I know what to expect when I use Merry Maids and always pleased with the service and outcome.

Not very well. Expensive and poor work

Owner of business was accommodating as my 'house closing' kept moving back back so I had to change my appointment a couple of times. But on the final scheduled day, I was told that her team would be here in the morning. To my dismay, they came in the afternoon after cleaning another home. The owners scheduling was backed up! There were 3 in the team, one in the master bedroom area, one in the kitchen and one for the rest of the house. Keep in mind, the home was empty of any furniture in the 1960' size home, all on one level. I did not interfere at any time, stayed away and let them do their work, went in a couple of times to see if there were any questions. To my dismay 2 of those workers wanted to talk and talk and talk. I finally told them to please continue their work, I tried to be as pleasant as possible. This was a 1 time move-in job and I wanted them to work, not talk about how they did this and did that. After dark, and I was working in the garage on boxes from moving, most of that time. I finally went into the home as I saw the lights on in their truck. Much to my dismay....they were leaving and there was a large wet spot on the living room carpet, the kitchen stove top vent still had grease on it. And more things I found later on. I called the owner, she came out the following week, and after seeing my dismay and hearing that the job was not worth the price, said "what do you want to pay". Well, I wanted to say 'not more than $200' but didn't as that didn't seem fair to a business, she should have told me what discount she'd give me....I finally agreed to pay $100 less. She already had my c/c number too. I'll never recommend her or the Merry Maid company and never use them again, no matter where I live. Additionally the price included a sub-contractor to clean the carpet in 1 bedroom (8 x 10) and a small living room. That person was great - He tried and tried to clean the stain on the living room carpet, created by the 'worker' spilling the entire contents of his bucket on it.

Absolutely fabulous service. Very quiet, quick and efficient. The crew did a fabulous and thorough job of cleaning my house. They did an especially amazing job after I finished remodeling the kitchen. I would definately use them again. Thank you so much for the great service.

They did a fantastic job for the amount of time and the amount of work they did. They made sure everything I needed done was completed. Everything was absolutely perfect and very professional and friendly.

They seem to be very good. They are prompt and do a good job. They were there when they said they would be there and they cleaned the house. The price isn't too bad. I thought they were pretty reasonable because they had to do 60 miles to get back. Their response was good. I was pleased with them.

The initial estimate visit went very well and she was very professional. Said that 2 people could clean our 1,800 sq. ft. home in one hour which would be $75. That sounded affordable to us so we went ahead and hired them. Good. The first cleaning, I came home at 5 pm from work and they were still cleaning. No big deal, and they were cordial and finished quick. When they left, I went inside and got a nice nose-full of cigarette smoke. Not that they had actually smoked in the house, but must have been heavily on their clothes. The welcome packet of paper and such also smelled of cigarette smoke - not very welcoming. I brought this to the attention of the manager and she was very concerned and apologetic. Next cleaning she would make sure they were non-smokers. 2 weeks later, I left a note requesting that the wood blinds on the windows (not many, only 2 rooms) be dusted. Anticipating a nice clean home to come home to, we were dissappointed. The bathrooms looked great, but that was about it. They did not vacuum the living nor family room and did not touch the kitchen except for the floor. The kitchen floor was done poorly, with debris in the corners and uneven wiping streaks. The managers excuse was that they were soooo busy lately that they were rushed. How about the next time they get busy, will our service that we pay for be compromised again? Just not worth our hard-earned money. Even though we were offered a free cleaning next time that would be supervised, we declined and will move on to a hopefully trouble-free cleaning service.
