True Clarity Window & Gutter Cleaning

Most unreliable company I’ve worked with. Asked for payment before any invoice. When I asked for invoice Justin said he will send it “quickly” after payment and even texted “I promise”! 5 days past my payment, I have sent multiple texts, and no answer at all and no invoice!

Great job - follow ups were super quick. Managing by email made it easy and most important of all, the lights were perfect are definitely look professionally done. Also had gutters cleaned and got some good advice on future work that may need to be done. Great job!

Great. Kelly arrived promptly at 8am (in promised 8-10am window). He was very professional and accomplished the work very well. Other providers we had used in the past left window streaks and water spills. Kelly did the job expertly and provided useful tips about other opportunities for improving the gutters.

It didn't go. I scheduled my appointment for May 2 between 1-3pm several weeks ago. They didn't show and didn't respond to my text message or my 2 phone messages. Then, at 3:30, one guy shows up and agrees with us that he cannot do the job alone and finish with so little time. We asked that he tell his brother who is the scheduler to call us and reschedule: no response, no apology. Obviously these brothers need better communication skills and management. Unreliable, uncommunicative, and rude to not return messages. Would not recommend.

Wow, what a fabulous company! Justin responded promptly to my window cleaning request and scheduled for two days later. Kevyn arrived during the estimated time frame and began diligently working right away. He took his time, paid attention to details, and went above and beyond to make sure all the windows were spotless. It is amazing how much brighter my home looks! They clean the panes inside and out, screens, and sills. I would recommend True Clarity for their professional, affordable, and conscientious service to anyone. We will be using them again in the future.

They were super professional and did excellent, speedy work inside and out. I dinged them for punctuality because they were about 15 minutes late. They were very respectful of the inside of our house and wore slips over their shoes so they wouldn't track in dirt, and they didn't drip on anything. The windows look excellent. I plan to keep their contact info on file and hire them back the next time I need window washing. I think it's two brothers who own the company so it's nice to support a small family business.

We had family coming to visit from Texas on July 3rd and window washing was on our list to do and we realized time was against us. I googled window washing companies and read reviews for each. True Clarity had great reviews so I called them. I explained my situation and needed the windows done asap. Justin immediately checked his calendar and was able to fit me in. He was very professional and very thorough! He stayed in touch to notify me of when and who would be doing the job. I was very impressed with the amazing customer service! I'd definitely use their service again! Thanks Justin and Kevyn for making time for us in time of need!!

Justin arrived on time and began working after clarifying what I wanted to have done. I asked him if he would also clean the outside of the gutters. He told me he would do that for me with no hesitation. It was an extremely hot day and the two of them worked very hard and were very careful with moving my furniture to get to the inside windows as well as being very thoughtful not to put the ladder on plants or other objects. They were even careful not to wake up my husband who was sleeping upstairs! Justin is very easy to talk to and takes special care and pride in his work. I had him come last year and he actually helped me fix my dryer vent and even painted it for me so it would match the house! I will continue to ask Justin to do my windows each year. Justin's price for the amount and quality of work he does is very reasonable. I might even ask him to put my lights up at Christmas!! Nancy Pulliam
