Lucas arrived at our home on time. He was professional and friendly. He did a thorough check of the system. Was fairly sure it was just the garage door opener but he took the time to cover all the bases. Next he suggested an alternative to buying a new opener from him; instead go to a local hardware store, buy a Genie opener & program it per his super clear instructions. He left his cell # in case it didn't work, he'd stop by after his shift & troubleshoot. Unit didn't work. We returned it to the store & exchanged it for another unit. In the interim, left him a VM asking him to call us before returning to help us (as we were hopeful). Long story short, got home & successfully programmed new unit. Thunder Garage also had a super discount coupon in force so the home visit was considerably lower than quoted.

We would rate Lucas & Dean as 5++++ if we could. They were both exemplary in exhibiting the utmost professionalism in being courteous, providing excellent customer service interaction skills and having technical expertise as subject matter experts. They were very responsive and finished the repairs within 1 1/2 hours. Beyond their technical savvy, Lucas and Dean both displayed great enthusiasm in the project which to us showed they enjoyed performing their job, which they probably do hundred of times. To us this enthusiasm meant they would do a great job. We would definitely call them again if we have a need for any of their services they provide. Highly recommend them!

Tech. was quick, very thorough and had my almost 600 lb shop door fixed in 30 mins or so. He really knew what he was doing, and explained what he did so I would know for future needs. Very professional, very quick, and very knowledgeable at his job. Highly recommend.

Immediate service. Within hours of my initial call, both replacement garage door openers were up and operating, even though he started at 4:00 PM. Technician was unable to program the two keypads. I'll need to call for assistance.

The girls that responded to my call was thorough and knew what she was doing. We were locked out of our house because the garage door broke and none of us had a key to the deadbolt on the front door.The Tech was at my house within 1/2 hour & re-keyed the locks so we could use the front door & the deadbolt. He was very informative & told me a garage door lasts for approx 10,000 openings and closings & 4 of us have been coming & going that way every day. We have to change our ways. He repaired my garage door as well. He was very pleasant and competent and great service after hours. I have his card in case of another emergency.

They were very efficient in their time to repair the door--for people to come out at 9:00PM, after working all day and have the attitude that they displayed was unbelievable. Their knowledge and ability was something that you don't see in the service and repair business very often when you hire a project to be fixed. GREAT JOB

The service man came out (with in 30 minutes after calling). He showed up on my porch with a big friendly smile on his face ready to work. He was confident, and very knowledgeable in his work and took the time to explain things to me. He gave me a estimate of how much it all would cost and that s what I paid. A man with integrity. Great business. Woman on phone sent someone immediately even though it wasn t an emergency. Technician came early, skipped the service fee since he was in area already, rekeyed my front door locks in 20 minutes. His names is Amit. Friendly, very cool and skilled! No complaints!
