I did A LOT of research for three bathroom projects and chose Serden Group, because the team is knowledgeable, honest, kind, affordable, and most importantly the type of people I can have in my house for months during long renovations. I appreciate their integrity, attention to detail and making my needs a priority. Looking forward to them building my new ADU!

I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and after some extensive research I came across Serden Group. Someone came by within a week for a quote. Pricing was fair but the work was immaculate!! I want to thank Dennis and his crew for their hard work, being patient with my demands and making my vision come alive. I was so pleased with the outcome that I convinced my mom to remodel her kitchen and the team is set to start next week!!!

It's been a month since they did our siding and exterior paint. Wow, I'm so happy we chose these guys! We've received so many wonderful comments from our neighbors too! Dennis and David were so easy to work with, the quotes were awesome, they had a great crew, speedy service, and kept everything clean.

They did an excellent job. They were fast and professional. They installed all new doors throughout my house, raised the floor in my family room and office, installed new flooring, and painted both rooms. It looks wonderful. I will be so happy to use the rooms once everything is put back where I want it. We have more work we want done in the future and I will definitely be hiring these guys again.

Serden replaced all of our siding with hardie plank, fixed some rotted facia, capped all of our facia with hardie plank, sealed our exterior, and then painted the trim and siding. They were detailed, hard working, and took great care to do everything correctly. I genuinely feel that they treated my house as if it was theirs.

We remodeled our bathroom completely, including replacing the tub with a shower. Also installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout. What a transformation! From design to final completion these people were so polite, professional and fastidious. I cant wait to find another project to have them work on. Job was completed exactly on time. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Serden team for making our house better than we dreamed!!

Have never had a business be so helpful and responsive. Dennis and Dave are personable and look out for the best interest of their customer - we are out of Florida and have a rental in Vancouver WA that they helped me on with a difficult insurance situation. The crew was amazing and were in and out in half a day. I highly recommend these guys and would not use anyone else!

I was very pleased with the work done (new siding, new roof, house repainted and gutters and down spouts) they did a timely job along with the way they kept our place clean during construction all the workers where polite and went out of their way to make sure we where satisfied with the job, they came back for touch up work. I feel like I got real value for all the work done.

We had the very best bathroom remodel experience with Serden. We received a handful of bids, with theirs right in the middle as far as price, but way above the rest as far as detail and professionalism. From beginning to end, this was painless. The final invoice was very close to the original bid, and the job was finished in exactly the amount of time promised. Nick, our lead contractor, was wonderful to work with. He is patient, accommodating, and a very talented carpenter. The finished result is exactly what I had hoped for. I highly recommend Serden!
