Isidro, Jesus and Daniel were on time. They were pleasant and professional. They took a look at my entire yard and started right to work. My yard had not been weeded properly for 2 years. We have no grass and only landscaping and beds. The guys worked steadily for 2 hours and to my amazement were able to complete the work. All of the weeds were pulled up or dug out, the beds cleaned up, edges made neat and they cleaned the front walk, driveway and side walk. They filled my "green" can and another 2 cans with weeds. I highly recommend them for any yard project you need completed. Isidro came and asked me before pulling any plant he was not sure I would want to keep. When I look out of the window now I smile and the yard. They worked hard, did a terrific job and made excellent recommendations as to pruning I will need to have taken care of. I will definitely have them back in the fall.

I had to ask for a refund. It was a struggle to get an appointment set and then they were a no show. They contacted me several weeks later to say they had a family emergency. Unprofessional.

They never showed up! I had an appointment booked for June 12th via email and I replied to the email asking JZ Brothers Service if the appointment would be for a consultation or for the actual work; never heard a reply about that. Then I got an email (same email thread) from them asking me to call them, since "it is much easier to schedule appointments over the phone." First of all, it is not -- as far as I ever got with them and a telephone was "phone tag." Second, we already had an appointment scheduled for June 12th! I wrote back and noted that we already had something scheduled. That's the last I ever heard from them. Big surprise, they did not show up on the 12th! By 10am on the 12th I had started the refund process... Don't waste your time with these folks.

The scheduling was addressed very poorly. When I called to schedule they were nearly a month out, I wasn't in a hurry so that was fine. When the day finally arrived (Saturday), no one showed or called. When I called Monday, they seemed surprised that no one showed. Since I had bought one of their deals, I rescheduled, once again, a few weeks out. On the second scheduled day, they arrived on time. The work was done well and the windows looked great.

It went very well. Both workman were courteous, pleasant, and efficient for a well done job. Through another firm, I got many more windows cleaned for the fee, as they counted differently. This I would clarify for next time. My vaulted ceiling windows are a treat to have clean and they were taken in stride.

I am bothered by several things. 1) The ad offered was very misleading to say the least. That was basically a starting point for the real cost. 2) Roof debris was dumped into our recycle bin. 3) Weather was dry enough to put wet chem on the roof instead of powder which is now all over my back deck. and front yard. This is what you get when you try to go cheap. 4) Roof was not pressure washed, just blown off the roof. ****, i could have done that myself.

Excellent. This is the first time that I've hired anyone to do yard work. As far as the pricing, I believe it to be reasonable.

It went very well. They worked hard, efficiently and got a lot done in the allotted time. Very nice people, and they checked in with me several times, as they did the work, to make sure what they were doing was to my liking. One thing-They did arrive over 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Apparently they tried to call me ahead of time but said the call didn't go through. Another call-attempt and leaving a voice mail if I didn't pick up, would have been best. Nevertheless, it worked out, since it turned out that I was there when they arrived. Also, I had left a voice mail, an email and spoke by phone with someone at the company's number, several days ahead, to let them know about the need for cutting out the camellias, in case they needed to bring a special tool or anything. That information never got passed on to the crew. They arrived not knowing about this part of the needed work, and didn't have a big enough saw. Fortunately, a landscape-worker at the house across the street, had the right kind of saw and kindly let the crew use it. So, better communication from the office to the workers, would be my one suggestion for the company. Nevertheless, I am very happy with the work they did and will hire them again.

It went very well. They showed up on-time and were very efficient in completing their work. Angie's list deal was $119 for 10 windows, and I paid an additional $137 for them to do 11 extra windows (at $12.50 each).

Jose was awesome! He did fantastic work, was prompt, professional and courteous. I can't believe he got all of the moss off the back walk way. :) I will be using their services again!

They charged more by agreement because there was more work than they bargained for. I would consider using them again.
