Everyone was very friendly they honored coupons they didn't really have to and they matched pricing. We've gone back to them a couple times.

They were friendly, professional, informative and helpful. I actually talked to Them over the phone, bought the box spring & went to the store to pick it up. Once I got to store, they were awesome. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

In a single word: Honorable. I cannot think of better one-word praise for a sales organization. I am 62 years old. I've bought a lot of stuff from a lot of organizations. These people rank #1 on that list. Their products are pricey, but they are unbelievable. We bought two mattress (and platforms to put them on). We were given a 90-day comfort guarantee. After about 2 months we decided that the Tempurdedic, though comfortable on the back, sleeps too warm at times. So we went back to the store to look at other options. We spent probably an hour hopping from bed to bed. Gale never ignored us, and she never pressured us. All she wanted was for us to take all the time we needed to be happy. The mattress we picked out was priced a good $1,300 over the one we gave back, but we got an even swap anyway. Now, it was the last one so they wanted to get it sold. Still, she didn't have to give us that break. Kept it a week before I decided this was a very high quality mattress but it and my back were not going to get along (I have a very persnickety back), Called Gale to see if I could get the old mattress back. We'll just figure out a way to cope with the heat. Back is more important. And yep, they had it delivered and swapped out in less than two hours. At no point in this process have we heard even a hint of any tone that suggests we are the pains in the back that we actually have been. We have heard nothing but concern for our comfort and cooperation in our effect to secure that. We have no intention of trying another swap, but I have no doubt we'd meet no resistance if we did. I ask you: What more can you expect of an organization but that they treat you with respect and kindness as they bend over backwards to meet all the commitments they made when you wrote the check?

I loved my experience at this store. I won't use another mattress store. I was able to take my time and try out mattresses. I never felt pushed or rushed. Dulce answered all my questions. I ordered a Cal. King set and had it delivered the next week. The store does not charge tax. They didn't charge to deliver the mattress. They didn't charge to take the old mattress away. When the gentlemen delivered the mattress they found I'd ordered the wrong size. I called the store. The person on the phone immediatly found the correct mattress. The men took the Ca. King back and immediatly brought back the correct sized mattress. It was totally my mistake but they fixed the order quickly and never made me feel badly about it. Not did they charge for the extra delivery. As I said, we are very happy with this store and their service. We love our mattress. It's like sleeping on a cloud.
