Nice people, great job of blending knock down texture

They were easy to work with on a challenging project. They were patient when the scope of worked changed and dates changed. When it was time they went in and were proffesional and did a great job. I will use them in the future as well on other projects.

Kevin and his son, Andrew, provided outstanding professional, courteous service as well as excellent customer service from start to finish. They skim coated and painted approximately 633 sq. ft. of ceiling space in my kitchen and family room. I was provided with three referrals and Kevin was the only one who came to my house to assess the project onsite and provide a free estimate. He provided a thorough description of the whole process. One of the referrals did not want to come to my house to provide an estimate; he wanted me to send pictures instead, and he hangs up on me. Kevin was very conscientious in ensuring there were no damages to any of my belongings, and they a great job in covering everything up during the repair process and ensured a thorough cleanup when they finished. They finished within the timeframe they gave me at the onset of the project. I really appreciated Kevin providing me with some options, with associated cost estimates, and recommendations based on factual information and his 30 years plus experience, so I could make informed decisions. Kevin and Andrew recommended a different ceiling finish, orange peel, for my kitchen area and a different finish for my family room, Old English Brocade, which took a longer time to do since the brocade was applied by hand. I am very glad that I took their recommendation! I will definitely contact Kevin again if there is a need for ceiling/drywall repair.

The repair did not match the existing ceiling. It turned out worse than it was prior to repair. It cost almost $1,000.00 for a very small patch. Very overpriced. I m not sure how they stay in business. I would not rehire.

Kevin and Andrew were friendly and professional! They were able to get my job done so quickly I was amazed and appreciative! It's been on my Honey Do List for a long time and they took care of it pronto. I called Kevin, he came out, estimated the job and then completed it the next day! Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He was running a bit late because of a pet emergency, but called to let us know. He arrived as soon as he could and got to work. As we were reviewing the scope of the project, we noticed some issues that needed to be addressed with the ceiling. He was flexible enough to add on the extra work and get the job done within our time constraints. Very pleased with the result!
