He is awesome. He was prompt. He was friendly. He came in and just got the best job done. He came in and got it done. He took care of it. I called him on Saturday, and he came on Monday or Tuesday.

Brad was great, he very promptly came out to give us a bid, which was significantly lower than a competitor. He was able to schedule the work for just a few days later. He was right on time and got the work done in one day. We will absolutely use Christensen Plumbing again, and would highly recommend him.

He was top notch. Arrived exactly on time (even after calling me the night before to ask for directions and I didn't call him back!), we went over what I wanted done, and he got right to work. Initially I had only asked for him to snake the tub drain and replace that hardware, b/c I was worried about cost/time. But he had both of those items done within his estimate, and so I added on the two sinks at the last minute (he was literally about to walk out the door), and so he did those too. His total time spent was three hours and I felt that was very fair for the work being done. He took his shoes off EVERY TIME he came into our house. And the hardware is installed perfectly. The drain flows quickly now, and the pipe in the wall is very secure. He had to cut through a closet wall in the bedroom to replace the tub hardware (which he had warned me he might have to do on the phone when we first spoke) and he made NO MESS in the closet (or if there was one he cleaned it up so well that I didn't know it). And he cut the drywall so well that the square fit perfectly back into it and all I have to do is mud and paint and it will not even be noticeable. I was incredibly pleased with his work and service. I would highly recommend him and would definitely call him again myself.

Brad arrived on time and was very good about answering questions and careful with the house, flooring and even took his shoes off when entering the house. He was very professional and even fixed a faucet out on my well that was cracked and was leaking. That was an extra. Brad was very pleasant to have in the house and I would definitely hire him again.

Brad arrived at the time he gave on the phone. He began by searching for the source of the leak quickly and taking care to have minimal impact on the wall in the garage. He had all the tools necessary to look inside the wall, to make repairs, and to clean up afterward. I would recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing work done.

The job took 8hrs to complete,brad only stopped to go to his truck to get extra parts.the workmanship was all i expected,i would highly recommend brad he wasfair honest and very professional.

Mr. Christensen showed up exactly when he said he would. He was quick, courteous, and professional. Problem solved!

All the work was excellent. Brad had to solve many problems with the fixtures. And deal with delays.

Plumber arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled, and quickly diagnosed and replaced the ball valve that had been leaking. While he was here we asked him to look at some faucets that had been dripping. He replaced the cartridges on those. He charged for the valve and the service call less the Angies List discount.

Mr. Christensen was prompt and efficient. My only reservation was that I assumed he would install an "energy star" water heater. He did not, and seemed unaware of the energy star rating system.

They are really very good. They don't sub contract other people, they do the plumbing themselves. They are excellent in everything. They are very honest and their price was reasonable. They were really easy to work with and talk to. They weren't upset when you say you're going to get other bids.

We were refered by a family member during our construction and Brad has always been here when he says he will be and works until the job is done, no matter what the task of the day is. He is quick, efficient, fairly priced and very easy to get along with. Thanks Brad! :o)

Unbelievable. Not only is Brad a very nice man, competent and fairly priced, he saved me, literally, THOUSANDS of dollars. After installing the new line and box for the ice maker, he went back under the sink to verify one last time that everything looked good. It was here that he noticed, tucked way under the cabinets, some additional water connections. As he saw a line to an outdoor hose bib, he went out to check it. As soon as he turned it on, water came gushing out from under the cabinet. The previous owner had left a hose connected throughout the winter and it had resulted in a half-inch gash in the copper feed. My wife and I just bought this home and are spending a lot of money to install new wood floors. If Brad hadn't caught this, it would have ruined the floors the first time we used that outdoor faucet. Keep in mind that he had already fixed the leak at the kitchen sink two days prior. Because he was so thorough and went back to look one more time to make sure things looked good, he caught something that would have been disastrous. (For the record, the line to the fridge does not feed from the sink; so there was no real reason for Brad to examine the sink again). Not only will I use Christensen Plumbing (and them only) if I need anything - and with this house, I am sure I will - Brad is the sole reason I signed up for Angie's List.

They're excellent. His work is always absolutely perfect. It doesn't matter what day it is, as he charges a flat rate. He's a good guy.

In all of my dealing with Christensen plumbing they have been very professional, willing to go the extra mile to make sure the project is done right, and very honest. I highly recomend them.

I was very pleased. When the old faucet was removed, it turned out that there was an extra hole in the sink. I wasn't sure whether I wanted to find a different faucet or get a new sink as well. Mr. Christensen made a couple of calls, and then I decided to go looking for myself to keep the cost down. Ultimately, I decided to have him just install the new faucet as it was and I found an odd-sized plug at a plumbing supply house. Mr. Christensen was quite willing to do whatever I decided, and I think that's great. I've had trouble in the past dealing with plumbers who don't want to let me make decisions about how to deal with unusual problems, and just do what they want to do, charge too much, and produce ugly results. Manufacturers of plumbing supplies seem to change their specifications every couple of years, and I have had problems replacing worn out faucets, handles, spouts, etc., before.

I went into my garage to find a stream of water flowing from the water heater. So I got on angies list to look for a plumber in Clark County. I called the top rated contender who couldn't help me for more than a week, thats no help. Another didn't answer my message in time. Christensen plumbing only had one review but it was positive so I called and spoke to Christensen Sr. who told me his son was out on calls but could come by around 4:30 and instructed me to shut off the valve and run the hot water to relieve the pressure till they arrived. He quoted me $80 for the service call and $30 for a new tank. Brad arrived promptly and had the water heater repaired within 15 minutes, I had him quote me to install (4) faucets in bathroom sinks that I had purchased but were just sitting in the garage. He gave me a total of $322, thats $212 to install (4) faucets that sounded very reasonable. He installed them all in a couple hours and left the rooms clean! Very pleased, will use them again.
