Brad called in advance to let us know when he would arrive. He got right to work and did the job in the amount of time he indicated it would take. Wore shoe covers whenever he was in the house made sure everything worked properly with no leaks. Cleaned excess material. Was very professional and did a great job and would recommend him to anyone.

He was prompt, very nice and did a very good job.

Brad was on time and completed all the work within an hour. The leak under the sink was merely a loose valve, which he tightened.

What a great experience. Brad was very meticulous and thorough, did a beautiful job and even worked around a mistake on our part in selecting a sink that did not fit. He went ahead and did a beautiful powder room and then came back to complete the kitchen sink once we had a granite pro widen the opening. Everything is done to so that all exposed plumbing is crisp and not unattractive. We will use them again on our next project!!!

I called two times and left messages regarding a bathroom gut and remodeled and I did not receive a call back.

They put the lines underneath my house, so anybody that would crawl under this house on their belly gets my "Thumbs Up". Their price was a little high, but other than that everything seemed to be fine.

He referred me to someone else because it would take 2 weeks for him to be able to fix our sink. He was very nice and professional as was the plumber he referred to us.

The job was a little more complicated than they had originally thought. He gave me the instructions to get the one piece he didn't have so it worked out really well. I plan to use them again when I remodel my bathroom upstairs They were very pleasant, polite and very helpful. They came out the next day after I contacted them. I had a coupon from the List and it was what they said it would cost; he didn't charge me any extra for anything. He really bailed me out. I was surprised it was as inexpensive as it was.

Once estimate was given, there was no wait time, he did the work right away. We had most of the materials on hand, because we were going to do it ourselves but decided since it was going to be tiled over and inaccessible after tiling, we called in a professional. He was on time, polite, efficient, and price was as quoted very reasonable.

Initially emailed with a question about fixing my faucet. Got a prompt response and was able to set an appointment, which was for about 10 days later--which was the first available appointment. However, provider never showed for appointment. Provider called and apologized profusely for missing the appointment--had scheduled for the following week by accident. Offered to come on Saturday to fix the problem, but I was going to be out of town, so we kept the appointment for the following week. Showed up promptly on time. Very friendly and easily diagnosed the problem with my leaking faucet. He could have replaced the entire device--I wouldn't have known any better--but instead was able to replace a washer, which solved the leak. Offered not to charge me because of the mistake, but he did the work, so I insisted on paying--so he gave me a discount. Excellent work. Very quick, taking less than 10 minutes. Would absolutely use this provider again and would recommend.

He showed up when he said he would, he wore booties over his shoes, he was extremely nice and discovered the leak was in the hand-held device. He fixed it quickly and did not charge me anything!!!! I will be referring him to everyone I know.

The owner of the company, Brad Chistensen, returned my initial phone call prmptly. He scheduled well, was on time, on track, and charged a fair price for the professional services that he performed. Brad was able to come in, modify a really old, badly conceived space into a working, well done space; ready to receive the tile contractors work. Brad was also able to remove an old laundry room faucet and install a new laundry room faucet that was state of the art. The laudry tub is situated in a very confined space and Brad was able to get the work done in a timely manor. Brad was able to do work that I could not have done. Brad made two unscheduled trips to my condo at no charge. I'd say that goes above and beyond the average service person's perview.

Was quick clean and did a number of small extras simply because they were there to be done while doing the job he was hired to do. When I need a plumber again I'll call this company first.

I had a kitchen faucet sink that had very little water pressure. The plumber took it all apart to figure out what might be wrong and it ended up being the faucet. I had purchased another faucet, just in case, and he installed the new one. The whole thing took about an hour. He was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing done.

They did a terriffic job and a very fair price.

Christensen Plumbing has fair prices. He had to come back here twice because we had a toilet problem here and he didn't charge us for the second visit because he said he should have done some things but he thought it was going to be okay the way it was. He thought he fixed it but he didn't but he came back and apologized. He said, "I'm very sorry. I needed to do something else back here." And he didn't charge us. He's really good.

We had an estimate for the work, but because our wish list was changing we just opted to do it on a "time and materials" basis. That worked out fine, I'd recommend that approach. The hardware he installed was very good quality. We are very pleased with the work & offer a very strong recommendation.

Brad was very responsive to our changing schedule and was always willing to work with us until we finally settled on a date. He was right on time. He wore shoe covers to protect our floor. He was very careful when entering/exiting and working in the house. In a previous phone discussion, he recommended a brand and model commode that would fit our needs. At first we were just going to replace the downstairs commode, but we found them on sale and bought one for upstairs as well. Brad was very willing to install both on the same day. As a second (third?) generation plumber, he obviously knew what he was doing. For example, instead of using the cheap manufacturer's flange, he supplied a much better, higher quality flange without charging a lot for it. He took the time to shim and level each commode and caulked around the base. He bagged the old commodes before removing them to his van. The overall installation was pretty quick and very professional. I highly recommend Brad and Chistensen Plumbing to anyone looking for a trustworthy guy to do your plumbing. Now that I found him, he is the only plumber I will use in the future. - Steve Hiestand

We were remodeling our downstairs and kept noticing a unpleasant smell. After removing our downstairs toilet, I noticed a bulge in the wall and after removing the wainscoting, the drywall basically crumbled like feta. Upon further inspection, etc. I noticed that there was a leak coming from the 3 inch drain pipe. After cutting away more drywall (was going to remodel the bathroom anyway!), I finally found where the crack was located. I used Angie's List and Christensen Plumbing was highly recommended. I called and Brad was able to fit me in that day. He arrived on time, confirmed the problem and fixed it. He's friendly and professional and I will use their services again.
