satellite tv service
 + -1 moreThe phone operators are horrible. I was on the phone for no joke 3 hours when I first got my appointment. I got hung up on multiple times and then had to re-explain my situation each time. I was literally in tears. So frustrating. Their equipment became obsolete so I had to go without Internet for over a month and then pay for new equipment. When the guy finally came out to install the new equipment he left the old dish on the lawn. He wouldn't even get rid of it for me. What a jerk. He also left te wires all messy by the computer and said he wasn't allowed to help me fix it. I know nothing about technology, so If I didn't have a tech-savvy hubby, I would have been out of luck. The only reason I still have them as my service provider is because I don't have any other option living in the country. Boo! I am not a fan. At all. Overall a horrible experience that took days off my life.
Description of Work: Exede ( formerly Wild Blue) installed my Internet. They cancelled my first install date after I waited over a month for the appointment. The service is very slow, but we do live in a rural area.
