Overall very poorly due to the quote for services received. I contacted the owner to get a price quote for the service. I asked for 1200 sq. ft. of carpet and one couch. I received a quote for $384. The Technician arrived on time and was very professional. He measured all the carpeted areas, came up with 794 sq. ft. and gave me a price of $350. Imagine my surprise expecting the price to be significantly lower than the $384 and it was not. the Technician had no explanation. I was contacted by the owner Chris and he said he didn't quote the couch in the price given during our original conversation. I merely wanted to compare price quotes and not be surprised the day of service. And of course I had to take the price and just do it since all our furniture was moved and the inconvenience. I will say the carpet cleaning quality was great.

You requested a quote and provided us with a specific square footage of carpet you wanted cleaned, and we provide an accurate cost. You wanted a quote for 1200 sq ft of carpet cleaning. You were quoted $384 for 1200 sq ft of carpet to be cleaned. We also attempted to verify that the figure you provided to us was accurate. In this particular situation, we determined, you were inaccurate and overstated the amount of carpet you were requesting to be cleaned. We determined you had significantly less area to clean and we communicated this to you (we determined you had approximately 800 sq ft of area to clean). You were provided the cost for 800 sq ft. of area to be cleaned. You did not seem interested in this quote and kept asking for a cost for 1200 sq ft of cleaning. You continued to get a price of $384 for 1200 sq ft of area to be cleaned. The cost of the couch was not quoted, because you continued to focus on the carpet cleaning cost alone and tell us all about your excavation business. When we arrived, the technician measured the carpeted areas to be cleaned and the the cost was $254.08. We added the cost of the couch, and the total bill was $350. You used a 10% coupon and paid $315.00. To recap, we cleaned your carpets and couch for $315. You received a $384 quote on the phone for CARPETS ONLY. Unfortunately, we do not clean couches for free. We attempt to provide an accurate quote to every client, and apologize for any misunderstanding related to the cost of your job. We are happy you were pleased with the quality and results of the cleaning and overall service the technician provided.08/27/2018
