Marty was a great communicator, showed up a little early and did a great job. The cost for two rooms was a bit on the high end, in my opinion, and why I took off half a star, but still worth it nonetheless. Update: I had an area rug that needed to be professionally cleaned. Marty picked up, cleaned and dropped off the rug--no charge. I was impressed with this customer service move and have changed my review to 5 full stars. I will be contacting TCP again for 2 more rooms and a hallway that will need cleaning at the end of my big repair project.
