We hired Richard?s to reconstruct our bathroom + garage after a significant leak. The bathroom in the garage below were handled by professional remediation company. He came in to bring everything back up to par. I asked Richard to quote us a flat fee price on the high end so there would be zero surprises. He agreed and stated the job would take five days, seven at the most. The 7 day job took almost 5 weeks. And despite our agreement of a flat fee, Richard for 14 additional hours of work I did not because I was at home every moment he was on the job site. There is not a single day he showed up on time. His credit, he is personable and friendly, but incredibly slow and not one who backs up his word. I wish I could get him a positive unfortunately I cannot. I wish him the best.
