Jessie provided good service from the original estimate for both an electric furnace and a heat pump through installation and cleanup. He was happy to make a second stop at our house before installation just to address our concerns that the furnace heating capacity would be sufficient for our home size. The installation was done promptly and well and included an explanation of filter replacement and possible fan speed settings. When calculating the bill, he alerted me to a $100 off coupon that I was not aware of.

They put an object line down my bathroom line to the main line. They said it would be about $3500 to fix. They found a break from one of my evergreen trees in the backyard. I didn’t do anything at the time because he flushed it out by hand. He said I would have another 4-5 months before I would have to revisit the issue. 6 months ago, my bathroom was flooded, so I called them & had them come out. I mentioned our previous visit and when I looked, there were not new issues from what I could tell. However, they were then quoting $7500 because I needed a new pump for something. At that point, I needed it done, so I paid the $7500. They also didn’t clean up very well. I had to clean up some left over parts in my yard.

It was good. I used the big deal shortly after I purchased it. It went over the big deal price. It cost me about another $70 beyond purchase price. They did the job. I feel like they could have completed it for less money than they charged. It wasn't shocking that it cost me more than the big deal price. They did a fine job but they weren't inexpensive.

The service turned out very well. They did a great job. They are trustworthy, and reliable.

I was very happy with the work that was done by them. They were efficient, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and came in under budget. They were very professional.

The technician came to repair and replace a faucet in our upstairs bathroom, and replacing drain piping in our main floor tub. Prompt response via Angie's List messaging, and phone. Technicians were on time for our appointment, polite and professional, and completed repairs as needed. Would definitely hire them again!

They did a good job. We just a had a problem with the company that stepped onto the pressure pipes. They do good quality work. I haven't had a problem with the pipes that they replaced.

They were prompt and helped explain what made the toilet run. They were right out when they said they are going to be.

After having to reschedule our first appointment (poor scheduling on their part) all of the services were performed as requested. Workers did not clean-up after themselves as much as I would have preferred.

Got better deal then the BD offered.

The quality of the plumbing work was very good. We believe it was overly pricey but again, it was a huge job. The area where we did not rate Hunt's an "A" in addition to the price, was the regrading of the driveway after the pipe was replaced. This is not their area of expertise and they subcontracted the job to a company that did an inferior job. Ultimately we had a local professional do the regrading and Hunt's reimbursed us, but getting this straightened out took some time. We would use Hunt's for future plumbing work but would inquire as to the subcontractors they use for anything outside plumbing.

It was good. They came over on time, were friendly, and gave good suggestions.

I purchased a coupon for plumbing services. 200 dollar value for 119 dollars from Hunts Plumbing and Mechanical. The guy showed up on time. Spent no more than 10 minutes replacing the part and preparing the bill. The total cost of the job was 165 for the task and parts, and a 59 dollar dispatch fee, for a total of 225 plus tax. I paid the additional 45 dollars. He wrote on on the bill "installed ran hot water to check for leaks none." The next night I was washing dishes and the work began to leak fairly heavily. I called Hunts, explained the situation, and they agreed to dispatch a guy in the morning to fix it at no charge. Same guy came on time, fixed it in a few minutes, and left. All is good. When a plumber comes and goes, the work shouldn't leak. They didn't suck, but I wouldn't call them again..

The service technician performed the work in a professional and courteous manner. The work area between the sink and rear wall was somewhat cramped, and the technician did not fully secure the new hot and cold angle stops. As a result, they came loose a few weeks later and needed additional tightening. The price was $354.16 after application of a $200 Angie's List offer, which I felt was high in relation to the service performed.

I was very happy with how the big project turned out. That was over $7000 worth of work and my insurance covered that. But the other one that they were here for the last time I wasn't so happy with. They were really high charging and they had to come back. My experience was good until I figured that they were overcharging and they sent guys out that wasn't able to fix things. This went on for a week and a half in trying to fix the bathroom shower that was dripping. I would think twice about using them again unless I was working right with the owner.

It turned out good. I had no dislikes. They were trustful and did a good job.

Richard was quite thorough and precise. Wonderful job cleaning the furnace and all of our air ducts. We would definitely hire Air Duct (through Hunts Plumbing) again and recommend him highly to anyone. We tried to get him to take a break as he was really a hard worker - we really got a bargain for 5 hours of work.

I got a much better quote elsewhere, and Jason Hunt, the owner, also told me that there would be an additional $59 service call fee, on top of the deal. He was at least honest in telling me that I would get a much better deal with the other company.

Found water in my garage coming from shower upstairs. Thought it might be a big problem. Jessie came and found that the leak was caused by a crack in the stem to the shower head behind the wall. The repair took an hour and it was only $200. Thought it would be much more. Very professional and efficient.
