Contacted me promptly and scheduled work quickly. The service was wonderful and they answered all my questions. Unfortunately one bolt was not tightened (only reason for 4.5 rating on quality). When I called with the unknown problem they were here to fix it in less than 48 hours even though he is about 50 miles away from me.

It isn't like you replace garage doors every day but I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with Crane Overhead Doors. Carl was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and within week I had new door and two new openers. He definitely knew what he was doing and was very professional in getting the job done. Very pleased with the whole process.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry on Home Advisor and Carl came by the same day. He was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we got the best deal for our situation. He installed our new opener the very next day (on a Saturday because he was booked the next week) and repaired some minor things we didn't know were broken. This is a family business and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or new openers or doors. Very nice and professional company.
