Dr. Eric Waddington is thorough, is easy to talk to and he listens well to patients concerns.
Overall, he seems to be a very good physician.
I will not be using his services further as I am disabled and need a provider that does not outsource services for patients on regular pain medications.
Dr. Waddington does not provide ongoing care for patients with chronic pain; he sends them out to a pain management clinic in P.A..
This is an additional expense I cannot afford.
I do well to pay the copay for my regularly required doctor visits.
I do not need the additional expense of paying for Pain Management visits as well as my regular doctor, as I have severely limited income.
Doctor Eric Waddington was really good, but interaction with the front desk staff is something else entirely.
The lady at the front desk got extremely irritated at me when I wouldn't sign forms to transfer all my physical records to their clinic.
Her attitude became hostile and her dialogue got really "snippy" when I wouldn't just do what she wanted me to do without question.
She didn't want to hear anything I had to say.
I don't just do whatever anyone wants me to do when it doesn't seem reasonable or logical, or when someone won't answer my questions.
All my records are already in the EPIC system and Dr. Waddington has computer access to them without my transferring the actual paper records to their clinic.
He accessed my records on his computer while he was with me in the exam room and added his notes.
Then, I came out to deal with the desk staff, a very unpleasant experience that I don't care to repeat.
It seemed superfluous and unnecessary to me to physically transfer all my paper records to their office since I had already decided not to use Dr. Waddington as my Primary Care Provider.
It wouldn't be necessary to do even if I DID decide to use Dr.Waddington as my Primary Care Provider:
Paper records are incomplete at best.
All of my providers (even the ones in Seattle) now enter their information and notes directly into the EPIC system:
they can all see the information from each other on their computer:
even Lab results and information about what refills I get at the pharmacy (and when I get them) are available to my doctors through the EPIC system.
EPIC system records are much more complete than any paper filing system ever was.
Apparently, the front desk staff did not share my opinion about superfluous paperwork and forms and simply did not like anyone questioning what they consider "normal" procedure.
She never did answer any of my questions, she just got angry that I asked them and that I had an opinion of my own.
I left feeling very stressed out by my interaction with the front desk staff.
I'm glad I won't have to deal with that person on a regular basis.

Dr. Weber recently reopened his practice and I am glad he did. He is a great doctor. I have had office visits and have communicated with him via email. It is a concierge practice so there are up front costs. Each visit with him so far has been terrific. He spend as much time as needed talking to me and I wasn't rushed out the door to make room for the next patient. Each appointment was 20-30 minutes long at least. I hope he sticks around.

The phone system they have makes it impossible to reach anyone. They also do not return calls.

Really poor scheduling, impossible to get in to see her, she either should stay home with her kids or be a Dr. Since she had kids it was impossible to get in to see her and her husband prescribes medication without even seeing the patient....like myself. You could make an appt but when you got there they would show you to the PA's room and you'd never see the Dr. The PA was as arrogant as Carl Weber. The reason I left her practice is that I was in absolute agony for 2 weeks, gone to the ER 3 times (and I never go to the ER), and needed to get in to see her, Dr. Asma Weber. Her nurse left me in her waiting room for almost two hours and then realized I was still waiting. Dr. Carl Weber would not see me since Asma had left but he sent out her nurse with a prescription for ulcer medicine without ever examining me. That is unprofessional, borders on malpractice in my eyes. Look, I was a patient there since 2002 and was treated like a bum off the street. I have excellent insurance and have never stood this Dr. up or caused ANY problem. I ended up with IBS brought on by a traumatic injury and her incompetent husband prescribes ulcer meds? I didn't have an ulcer and did not take the medication he pushed on me...the patient who was NEVER seen. Additionally, she misdiagnosed my husband, said he had and quot;claw toeand quot; when he was suffering from GOUT!!! She didn't even know what the symptoms are for gout, so he went untreated for years. She is awful, her training leaves much to be desired, she should stay home with her kids and let professionals who care about their patients practice good medicine. Further, she never inquired about the THREE visits to the ER. Huh? After never having gone to an ER in my life she could care less...NO, I would never, ever suggest her to anyone, oh, maybe my worst enemy.

They are very easy people to talk to. They have a staff of three doctors, and two physician assistants. My husband has seen them quite a bit. He goes once every month. Unfortunately, the physician practitioner who took care of him left. The rest of them all are very good. They explain things. They are very responsive to our calls. We are very happy with them. We are going to be moving back to California and we are going to be very sorry to lose them as our physicians. I would use them in the future.

She really likes her. She has very good communication with her. She never keeps her waiting. She has some disability issues and she has been very helpful. She seems to be available whenever she needs her. She squeezes her in whenever my friend Diana needs her. She would use her in the future.
