Frank took the time to explain the treatment process and lifecycle of the ants. He confirmed the appointment the night before & arrived in the scheduled window. He covered every accessible baseboard as well as the exterior. I am sure that we will see that the ants are greatly reduced, or hopefully eliminated with Frank's help!

I did the on line research and received four comparitive bids. Frank was the lowest of the four bids I received. He resp[nded in email quickly. We talked about the specific need. He arrived even a few minutes early. He was courteous, used boot covers, explained what he was doing and answered our questions. The job of getting rid of the huge yellow jacket next in our attick was done completley and quiclkly. There were no changes form the cost estimate he gave us. I woudl recommend him anytime. Frank is a one man business owner operator.

We have been using Frank's service for six or seven years now. We initially had an ant problem and disappointment with other services: a national company that insisted on a pricy long-term contract, and another local company that was just unprofessional and didn't solve the problem. The first time I called All-Pro (Then "Wham!" Pest Control) Frank talked to me for half an hour about bugs, when I had made no commitment whatsoever. He and his partner are not just technicians; they really know their stuff. Frank made the ants go away and since then we have trusted him to do quarterly preventative maintenance. Recently he came by because we had occasional recurrence of tiny creatures he identified as springtails. He explained how they weren't dangerous themselves but could be a sign of water damage/water leak. He said he'd be willing to treat if we wanted but it wouldn't help in the long run if the water problem wasn't treated. He took the time to look all over for the source of the insects, talk to me about temporary treatments I could buy myself, and suggested how to call in other professionals to find the water problem. He did all this and charged nothing for the visit since I didn't have him do a treatment.

They have been very very good. Overall, the services are excellent.

All pest issues were resolved quickly, and he recommended after just a few months that he start coming every two months instead, which would be more economical for us. That was a welcome surprise! We are happy to report no pest issues even a year later. Frank is very professional, and always calls in advance to let us know he when will be at the house, etc.

We have been using them for about 10 years. My parents used them before me. He uses safe products. He is extremely dependable and does a good job. I had ants and limpets inside the cellar and he took care of it. I have him come in every three months to take care of the problem. The exterminating is done very well and I don't have ants anymore. I recommend him to any and everybody.
