Excellent service as always. Setting up an appointment was very easy and Jon was available even before the stated arrival time which was very convenient.

Jon and Chris were responsive and helpful throughout my door selection process and remained so during ordering and installation. They were prompt, polite and professional on the phone, email and in person. They had excellent technical knowledge that aided in my selection. Their pricing was transparent and fair. They are clearly focused on quality service and a quality customer experience. Installation was a well-planned operation and the team earned my respect and approval. They did a great job. They did a fantastic job The technicians are very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was handled perofessionally. 20 minutes in, the old garage door is already gone. 40 monutes in, the new door is ready to be put in place. Whole installation is conpleted under one and half hours. The door runs smoothly and quietly.

Jon and his crew were awesome. We had 2 garage doors and 2 door openers installed on our home. There were reasonably priced, did a beautiful job with the install and cleaned up after they were done. The whole process only took 5 hours and we couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic. Sound Door sent Chris out within 24 hours of my call for service. Chris was on time and immediately engaged with the garage door not opening. Chris quickly spotted the proximate cause of the door not opening: a ratchet tooth on the door mechanism had not caught the motorized chain when we had to manually open the garage door. But Chris also figured out the root cause of the problem which was the GFCI outlet in the garage was improperly short-circuiting and cutting power to the garage requiring us to manually open the garage door. For all this, Chris charged a mere $50. Better yet, however, I was able to later pay an electrician just $150 to replace the GFCI outlet in the garage, rather than the $5000 a different electrician had earlier told me I needed to spend to upgrade the entire electrical panel in our house that powered the garage. Thank you Chris for not only fixing our garage door but accurately trouble shooting our electrical problem as well!!

Staff were friendly and very informative. Job was done well and they cleaned up the old door and materials and left the garage in great condition. A small dent was noticed in one of the panels and they immediately put in motion the steps to return and get it done right by installing a new panel.

Replace the garage door power lifting unit and track. I wanted a unit that has a battery backup and the outside entry keypad as I'm in a wheelchair. This was done in under two hours and on first visit.

Went great! Originally scheduled to be done at the beginning of the month, but a snag in the order required a postponement. They contacted me, told me what happened, and we made arrangements for the end of the month. They totally cleaned up after themselves and the new doors look great!

They gave a very competitive estimate so make sure you get an estimate from these guys before purchasing your next door. Now I see why these guys have the most and highest rating in Craigslist for garage doors! Wife is super happy with how it looks so what else can I ask for. Garage door looks perfect.

Wow!! What a wonderful experience I had! 9pm my spring broke on my garage door on the side where my car is parked! Ugh! Jon answered my message right away and he had an employee out at my house the next morning! When Anthony came he was not only kind, but was knowledgeable and got my garage door back working so quickly. He even helped me reprogram my garage door opener and adjust the light above the garage door! I felt he went above and beyond for me. I will recommend Sound Door Services to EVERYONE I know!
