From the moment we talked with Lee Smith we knew we would be treated well. Betty Close communicated everything we needed to know about the contract,what to expect during our project, and scheduling- and our installers, Justin K, Theo L, Carl J, Bobby R, Thomas, John, and Derek, were professional and attentive to our needs. When one of the installers had a family emergency, Betty scheduled 4 leads to come and finish the job, which they did admirably. In short, our Mountlake Terrace, WA home is much improved by our new Renewal by Anderson windows. We even got a discount since there was a 2 day delay because of the emergency! Thank you.

We had Bryant S and Oliver V out to our house to install new windows in our master bedroom. They were able to get the job done in 1/2 a day and the work they did was beautiful. Really appreciate the good the work!

We are pleased with the look and quality of Andersen windows that replaced several old Weathervane windows in our 29 year old house. The work was completed on-time and within-budget. The job was complex, requiring 7 team days consisting of a 5 day team of Chad A (Lead Carpenter) & Steve S and a two day team of Justin K & Tony H. Team dynamics were impressive as all team members treated each other and us with respect & professionalism The teams were always sensitive to safety and COVID 19 protections. They were neat and careful of floors, walls and furniture, plus plants outside at or near the windows. They were business-like and efficient, yet willing to explain their activity and involve us in decisions about unexpected complications (typical in an old house). We worked with the team to creatively problem solve. The skilled teams' professional expertise was evident throughout the week, with exacting attention to details and precision of craftsmanship. It was impressive to watch their skilled and meticulous repair of roof, siding and frames for the new windows. Their careful and accurate rebuild of roof and joists over the space of the former kitchen sky-wall was a demonstration of experience, team coordination and intense focus. In the early stages of our project, we benefited from practical design assistance and cost-saving advice for better light and energy savings provided by Carol E (initial sales visit) and Paul B (measure tech) while Betty C as project manager ensured the promises of schedule and plan were met. In addition to recommending our RBA team to neighbors, we look forward to calling the team back to replace other windows as needed in the future.

The guys who came out and did the work for us were quick, clean and respectful of the house and our time.

Jeff Gumeson and Cody Henderson were the installers and did a great job. The original crew had to leave early on the first day and these two worked hard to ensure they got the job done as scheduled. There were some spots around the windows that we will have to touch up with paint, but they pointed them out to us ahead of time. We understand why and appreciate their patience with an older home with a few challenges. Highly recommend!

We had Chad A and Steve S install a family room window today; they were on time, extremely friendly and professional, and just a pleasure to watch work. They definitely knew what they were doing, the outcome was beautiful, and they represented Renewal by Andersen perfectly. I'd highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Bryant S. and Oliver V. did great job fitting window the way I wanted with sill over j track and j track tight on top of my vinyl sided house. They also made very precise new rough openings for the windows and they really improved my houses appearance. Very courteous all the way.

Bryant S. and Shaden S. were efficient and kept our home safe for us, explaining the job and using their time efficiently & carefully from start to finish. They were great ambassadors for a beautiful product and even rehung our blinds when completed. They cleaned the area each day and even kept the bathroom clean. Great job, guys!

We had Bruce T and Larry T at our house to install the new sliding glass doors and the rest of the windows. These 2 guys are the greatest team. Excellent, 1st rate work all around.

Thomas and Micah did an awesome job today. They replaced 10 windows for me. Explained the process and also their product on completion of the job. Hard working, polite, young men who care about the end result. Thanks guys!

We decided to replace our windows in 2 phases because of at least one that had failed and was leaking. Lincoln and Lyle arrived on time and worked almost no stop for 3 days. Dry rot was discovered and they worked carefully to identify the area at risk while minimizing the damage to our siding. Additionally they were extremely careful working inside the house when required. I would love to get them back as a crew when we proceed with phase 2.

We live on San Juan Island, so our crew had a long transit time to and from the job. Even with a shorted installation window, they hustled hard throughout the day and completed our job with no short cuts and no missed steps. The team, Chad A., Bobby R., Curtis H., and Johnny G. were all very professional and worked without a single break until the job was done. They stayed until the work was complete even though it meant they would miss their Ferry back to the mainland. I am sure each of them put in a 16 hour+ day just to insure we had the excellent customer experience we were promised. Thanks Guys, we love the windows!

Our experience with getting new windows with, Renewal by Anderson, was so great. Our installers, Bryant S./Oliver V./Johny R. and Jonny L. were very professional. Their actions reflected great credit on Renewal by Anderson and they should be very proud. They did an incredible job installing the windows, making great use of the space that was there and working around all the little inconveniences that come with the territory of having such an old house. We couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship, quality of windows and overall service experience. If we had our choice of window installers we would drop everything and go with these guys time and time again. Excellent job start to finish

I absolutely LOVE our new windows! The quality of the product is superb and the customer service was top notch all the way around - from in home consultation to ease of financing/paperwork to installation - Thank you Josh Z. and Hans D.!! Easy to work with and they took great care with my home and COVID-19 safety protocol every step of the way! Highly recommend!!

We love our new windows, they are more than what we imagined. The installers Ryan B and Brandon G are so professional and very personable.

Our installers Jon C. And Mark S. did a great job replacing two sets of sliding doors.

The project was to actually replace two sets of French doors and a bay window in the kitchen. The installers were John C., Mark S., Chris V., and Tyler C. The estimated time to replace was 3 days. They were very professional, courteous, conscientious, and on time. Each gentleman gets 5 stars.
