Renewal by Andersen of Washington

Replaced 4 Sliders and 8 Windows. Over the 6 days it to took to complete our project, we worked with 4 installers: Zack, Dion, Oliver & Ceasar G. Zack's leadership skills with his guys are commendable! All of the guys were professional, skilled & respectful. They answered every question we had, explained and showed us how to remove and/or manipulate sliders & windows for painting/staining and cleaning. No detail was left out! These guys were the best of the best! The only negative is Kevin, the project manager assigned to us. He has NEVER communicated with us throughout the installation process up to and including today, three days after the completion of our job! He did not return any of our calls during this time, including the call we made on behalf of our installers when the job was completed! Thank you Zack, Dion, Oliver & Ceasar G.!!

We are so thrilled with our new windows! Vantha and Nate were our craftsmen and they did an absolutely amazing job! They were friendly, professional and their work is top notch. The new wood installed around the front windows is so perfect and the caulking work around each window edge is the neatest work we have seen. The windows themselves are great quality, but we were most impressed with the craftsmen and the work they did on our install. Can't say enough positive things about the job they did. We are very happy with the entire process from beginning to end.

My home stays warm at 65 degrees. No more setting the thermostat to 69 to 72 degrees. The fellows who took out the old windows and installed the new windows were friendly, efficient, helpful and considerate. I specifically want to thank the first team that installed most of the windows, Jonathan C. and Darius. They found some rotting wood and cut it out and replaced the space with new wood. The second team were just as nice. Bruce T. and Larry T. repaired a broken blind and replaced baseboard located beneath two windows. All were professional. I cannot say enough about all these guys.

Vantha and Nate were great with our install. They came on time, were neat and tidy, efficient and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with the french doors; love the colors. Great quality for our replacement.

I wish i could attach photos and be available for anyone considering Renewal By Andersen windows. Carol Evans made numerous trips and phone calls to help walk me through the process and options with nice replacement windows. I was also fortunate to have BRYANT S and KOHL I do the installation. They are the dream team of windows installation! They worked great together and treated the project like it was their own house! The quality and craftsmanship well over-delivered my (high) expectation.

Replacement windows were installed in our 116-year-old home today. My husband and I were very pleased with the entire experience from receiving a quote through the installation today by Steve and David. Steve and David took excellent care of both the inside and outside of our home. They treated our home as they would like someone to treat their home. Our Replacement by Anderson office is located in Tri-Cities, WA. Thank you to ALL involved for a great experience.

From the very beginning it was a very good experince . Our sales rep Ryan was very thorough in explaining everything we wanted to know about the product, installation, etc. Special thanks to Katie the project manager and Nick w ho did the measuring which made for a good install. Last in the chain, but not least - Special thanks to our installers Bryant S. and Kohl I. Great job and excellent to work with. This group would be my go to team for any windows in the future.

I was very satisfied and impressed from initial appointment with salesman (Matt Osterdock), intermediate communication (Dawn Nielsen and Ryan Bansner) and with installers (Ryan B. and Brandon G.) of Spokane, WA location/office. I am extremely satisfied with product (appearance and performance). I highly recommend product and team. I have a few more windows that were not replaced. But when I do, will use Renewal by Anderson again.

I love my windows. They work perfectly, just as advertised. Bryant and Kohl installed for my job and super good at what they do and they are very pleasant to be around.

Loving all of our new windows! We had 11 new windows put in over a few days. Brandon R & Cameron D did a great job installing them. They were very detailed oriented, professional, & answered all my questions. They kept the space clean each day and when complete showed us how everything worked. Everyone we encountered was very professional, communicated what was happening every step of the way & was flexible with our scheduling. Overall, Great experience!

Lincoln L and Hans D were amazing. Hard workers....were at my house early in the morning and worked until dark. They are polite and cleaned up everything before they left. All my windows look amazing.

Jesse C and Jason C were very competent with the removal of our old metal sliding door and install of the new slider.

Worth every penny. Zak C. was the lead and was a true craftsman. Dion, Bryant, and Kohl all helped to get the project done on time and with exquisite quality. Only bummer was one window came broken, but Iâ m confident theyâ ll fix it.

My whole experience with Renewal by Anderson has been first class. Josh was my point person who sold me my windows and then Bryant and Cole were the installers. Everything has been seamless. I highly recommend.

Ryan B, Lakota H. and Brandon M. did a great job. They replaced five aluminum windows. One was turned into a bay window in the kitchen. They were on time, kept us informed on every aspect of the project.

We had several replacement windows installed each with itâ s own complexity (several on 2nd level, one large picture, etc) and Bryant and Kohl did an amazing job. They spent time making sure each one was finished perfectly. When they were all in Bryant walked though the functions and gave us tips on removing screens and cleaning them which was really helpful. We are thrilled with the results and are considering replacing other windows now. Highly recommend.

Ryan B and Brandon G were amazing. They did a great job on the removal and installation of my new windows. Every step of the way they checked to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They were very kind and easy to have in my home. I have also never had someone clean up after themselves as well as they did. I would highly recommend and use again in the future!
