We are extremely pleased with our new windows. They're beautiful. Zach C and Matt Vecker did half of the window installation and Fernando G and Juan A did the other half. Both crews were all on time, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service skills. I would highly recommend the company. Everyone was great to work with. My husband and I are very, very happy with the final product.

From the start with the sales personnel to all the way to the installer, our experience was wonderful. For the installers we had Jonathan Condry, Daruis A. and Thomas B. They had Three days to complete 6 windows and one sliding door with down sizing one window. They where able to finish the job in two days with even addressing dry rot damage at the sliding door. The whole company did a great job. If you get Jonathon as the lead, your in good hands.

Tylar C. and Dion T. were the installers for our 8 windows in our 77 built home. They did an excellent job and were professional and courteous. The installation was excellent and the cleanup good.

Bryant S and David B., the installers for my 3 new windows, did a really outstanding job. I'm more than satisfied with them and happy with my windows. Bryant answered all my questions and went the extra mile -- taking down the 2 blinds that I wasn't able to remove -- then he reinstalled the blinds when he was done. I didn't expect that but really appreciated it. Thanks for sending such helpful, professionals.

We hired RBA NW to install 3 new windows and 2 large patio sliders. The whole process from initial consultation, quote, measurement and installation were all very professional and punctual. Not to mention the excellent communication by the project managers. The 2nd day installers Fernando G and Juan A stayed late so they can take the time to do everything properly without rushing through like many other contractors do nowadays. Fennando did a very detailed walk through at the end and showed me how to open/close the new windows and doors properly. Even the screens for the doors are back ordered, I am sure RBA NW will take care of this when they come back in stock.

We had eight windows replaced. Gabriel Godinet and Tyler Burns did a fantastic job. We have an older home that presented them with many obstacles. But they persevered and made our home look wonderful!

I had large windows in my living and dining room replaced. I love the new style! The installers (Mark S., John R., Oliver V., and Dion T.) were professional and friendly, and left the place clean when they left. I've already ordered replacement windows for 2 more rooms.

Kohl I and Patrick S were efficient pros. Twelve windows were installed in two days which was quicker than promised. They started each day early and cleaned up carefully each afternoon. Two small scratches will require replacement glass under warranty, but I haven't deducted points because it was not the fault of the installers. The new windows make our house look gorgeous!

The installers Ryan B. , Jeremy F and Jake were fabulous. They were very professional, personable and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Iâ m very impressed with our overall experience.
