The whole process was great. The sales experience was so much better than others I had had. there was no high pressure sales. We sat in the back yard and the rep showed us the sample and explained features etc. He treated us like we were friends not customers to be pressured. The cost is more than I would have liked but I feel that I will never have to worry about these windows in my lifetime. There was a delay in the delivery of the windows from the factory and the staff that called to inform me really seemed to regret the delay. The installation was awesome. Mark Svenson and John Redmond did a better job than I thought was possible. In my bathroom the install needed to reduce the window sill depth that was tiled and the were able to cut the tiles in half in place so the sill didn't need to be retiled. Every part of this process was handled pleasantly and professionally.

We had a patio door and some windows replaced and it was a fantastic experience! Professional and knowledgeable installers. Worked through some challenges and the new door and windows look amazing!

We love our new windows and sliding glass doors! Project manager Bobby R. was the absolute best to work with and did a phenomenal job on the crown molding. Nathanial N, Vadzim V, and John G all did such a careful job keeping each area clean and organized. At the end of the day, it was like they hadn't even been here. Quality work and product. Would definitely recommend.

Bryant and David did a fantastic job. They were quick, clean and accurate. They also helped me very much with the questions that I had. I would definitely recommend!

They say 3rd time's a charm-the new picture windows look fantastic; the sliders and double hung windows are of superior quality. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job working on an older home. We have replaced these large windows twice before-and should have gone to Renewal by Anderson the 1st time.

Wonderful experience with RBA from beginning to end! The team for my window replacements (one overly large LR and 6 other windows, my slider install is scheduled for next week) was Matt, Kanain and Zak. I can't say enough about the great customer service, friendliness and courtesy they showed to me, my home, my property and my pup and kitties. Matt was the lead, very friendly and happy to answer any and all questions as I am a great question asker with many questions. It was a 2 day job, I felt totally comfortable running errands and leaving them in my home to do their work. They were all very professional and my windows are absolutely beautiful! More than what I cold have imagined!! I'm very excited to get my slider installed and very happy to knw that Matt and his team will be the one's doing it!! I highly recommend RBA for anyone wanting a superior product and trustworthy, professional installers in/at their home.

Bryant S. and David B. showed up right on time bright and early. They were very clean, wearing booties, putting down heavy duty paper and tarps to keep the house clean. By the time they packed up to leave I think the house was cleaner than when they started! Both were super friendly and personable. They answered a few questions that I had. Very impressed with how quickly they worked, and they gave some great tips on cleaning the windows as well.

Ryan B, Jeremy f, and Gavin. they did a wonderful job putting in new patio slider, Front door and 3 new windows. I love having new front door with window in it. I've needed a new patio slider for years and this one is pretty and works so good. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and they also worked well with the animals and big birds that live here and thats important!! A 3day job was done in 2 days.

Installers, Justin L, Tanner W, and Kawika D were excellent. They were super professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. I have an old house, so some glitches occurred. When that happened, they consulted with me and gave me options/solutions to remedy the situation. The job was completed and the windows look great. A big thank you to the installers and all the office staff for their communication skills, and their customer service!

Excellent results and professional installation of multiple windows in our home. Antonio, Daniel and Viktor installed 8 large windows originally planned for a 3-day job in 2 days...they arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. The prep and cleanup activities were meticulously performed with no damage to the home or landscaping and the final product was better than imagined. One happy customer

Very professional and thorough. Respected my property (wore booties, covered my belongings and floor) and followed proper COVID protocols. Obviously enjoy what they do. Explained how to snap in my screens, how to tip them out to wash the windows and how to reengage the up/down slide after washing windows. Would recommend them highly, particularly Bryant S and David D installers. I love finally having cross ventilation and already notice the noise reduction from 125th NE

So professional! The Johnny's were a great installation team. So polite and always smiling! They were very professional, from beginning to end. I hope we get them on the next phase of our window Renewal. Love the product. The look so wonderful and can hardly wait to enjoy their ability to block harsh sunshine and keep the warmth in and the cold out! We highly recommend this product. We had 9 windows and 3 doors replaced in an older log home. The new ones fit perfectly and the installation was quick and clean by Bobby R., Vadzim V., and Nathaniel N. They were respectful and courteous, answering every question. One screen was on backorder and installed later by Tim N., Kawika, and Daniel. Again, quick, friendly, and clean! We were especially impressed with their ability to cope with the log home where nothing is flat or square. We had a great experience and love our new windows and doors!

The Johnnyâ s did a great job replacing 6 windows for us. They were very careful with the tomatoes especially.

I can only remark positivity about Stephan and his crew, (Michael G., Kawika and Jesse), when they came to replace 14 windows in our home! They protected our carpets, cleaned up daily, were extremely polite and very forthright with needed information . Their work was first rate with the installation, trim work and professionalism. They were all hardworking and nice young men. I highly commend Stephan as a crew leader, he worked well with his team and was well respected. With are so far very pleased with Renewal by Anderson.

We had 14 windows replaced by Stephan O., Michael G., Kawika and Jesse. They were professional, informative and efficient. They replaced 14 windows in a little more than 2 1/2 days. and did a great job. I am very pleased with the experience and their work. Nice young men.

I love my new windows. Tylar C ceaser G and Patrick S did an excellent installation. It was evident that they took pride in their work and also enjoyed their work. Whenever I had a question, Tylar C or Ceaser G were quick to point out (down to the very minute detail) the task st hand. Some friends and family opined that I was paying too much however, my mind is at ease knowing that I have a LIFETIME and TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY. My project is not finished however, I hope that the same crew of Tylar C, Ceaser G, and Patrick S are available to come back and install my sliding doors. Thanks again Denise M

We had 7windows replaced and 1 sliding door replaced with a new French door. Bryant S. , David B. and Sotame F. were the installation team. Everything went well and we are very satisfied with the work and the final product.

My husband had all the windows in our house replace. The installers were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone. Installers were: Ryan B., Jeremy F., Jeff R., and Zack E.

Our RBA window installers were lead skillfully by Cesar Gozman and his assistant Sotame as they replace 11 windows throughout the house. They did am quality installation of each window, being very precise and careful with each step. The were both great communicators and adjusted to any requests we had as they did the job on-time and cleaned up everything. We had a few special areas where Cesar went the extra mile to ensure the exterior framing matched our old exterior and he helped with window treatments that needed extra care. Great experience and the windows look great, seal out sound and summer smoke and keep the house cooler already. Can highly recommend the windows and all the staff we worked with, including a wonderful Project Mgr, Katie Bell.

We had an old back door replaced. Antonio Hurtado and his team of Viktor Kamoska, and John Gill did a fantastic job. They were on time, protected everything with drop cloths, then took out the old one and did a really professional and clean install of the new one. At the end of the job Antonio walked me through everything and explained and answered all my questions. We couldn't be happier with the results and the job they did.

I am BLOWN AWAY by the results! And was wildly surprised by and by how easy â even enjoyable to have workers commandeer my home. The credit goes directly to two installers: Bruce T. and Dionta D.

We recently had all of our windows replaced using Renewal by Anderson. They have definitely reduced the heat and noise in the house. We havenâ t gone through a winter season yet but I believe theyâ ll be very effective at keeping out the cold air also. The installation went very smoothly and only took four days. The lead installer Jon C. was very experienced and managed his team very effectively. Jon and his crew member Durius A. were very friendly and conscientious about covering things to make sure it didnâ t get dust on it. For two of the days there were three other installers Thomas B., Larry T., and Dionta who all did a great job and were very friendly. We had to move furniture to make the windows accessible. Jon and his team were very accommodating in that regard and helped us move some of it as they went from window to window. Every area was cleaned up after each window install so it didnâ t feel like you were living in a construction zone for the duration. The install wasnâ t as disrupting as we thought it might be. Very happy with the install team and weâ re enjoying the new windows.
