We have had our Anderson windows for almost 20 years (we replaced all the windows in the house), and they have been fantastic since the date of installation. But parts wear over time, and Anderson has been FANTASTIC coming out to make the maintenance repairs, either when they were under warrantee or after. Our last repairs were done by Anthony Holt, and he did a GREAT job. He was courteous and helpful (beyond the immediate repairs we needed), and the maintenance repairs were made to our satisfaction. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Renewal by Anderson again in the future, and always recommend them to our friends and family.

We had Renewal by Anderson replace windows in our 1910 home last year. There were a few issues as one would expect in an old home. So this winter, a few of the windows wouldn't lock completely. Rick Torres came to assess the problem. He fixed the locks plus caulked where some cold air was coming through. I know he was on a tight schedule but he wanted to stay until we were completely satisfied with the job. He was knowledgable and very pleasant. We recommend him highly.

We are very happy with our window replacement. The Andersen team from the Seattle area were informative and helpful throughout the project. Jesse, Kevin, and Bobby installed the windows efficiently and with attention to detail. They worked with skill and precision.

I would like to thank Service Technician, Anthony Holt from Renewal by Andersen, for coming out to do a repair on my sliding glass door in treacherous weather today! Anthony called me beforehand and was a great communicator. Not only did he drive the long distance from Marysville to Birch Bay, he did so with a very cheerful, friendly and highly professional manner. While doing his repair work, Anthony discovered some other issues that need to be addressed and promptly ordered new parts. He will be back to finish the job and I really appreciate that! I am very glad that I purchased my windows and sliding door at Renewal by Andersen. Excellent and prompt customer service!

I previously posted a review of my installation experience with Renewal. It was great. During the course of the installation, however, the installers spotted two small issues. They notified me of the issues and advised me that a service technician would be assigned to correct the issues. (I emphasize that these issues were so small I would not have noticed them if the installers hadn't informed me.) Shortly thereafter I received a call to set up an appointment for the service man to come out . My service tech was Daniel Ventoza and he was great. In a short time the issues were completely resolved. I. couldn't be happier with the service Renewal provided--both at installation and subsequently.

Antonio Hurtado and Desmon Thomas were a pleasure to work with. Always on time, knowledgeable of the work to be done and detail orientated. The project was not a standard window installation with custom millwork. Antonio is a great communicator, provided options when needed and followed through with decisions made. I would definitely request this team for any project we may have in the future with Renewal by Anderson. Final project is awesome!

From start to finish...the RbA customer service is awesome. The sales rep had us at the "heat measuring scale" of the RbA's window samples. The measure tech had some suggestions on temporarily fixing our broken window using Plexi Glass while we waited for the RbA custom window installation. The installation guys were prompt, friendly and respectful of our home and property. The new windows & patio door look great. They put back the window treatments and also the molding boarders around the slider. They even came back the next day to re-install the blinds that the cording was accidentally put on the wrong side. Only thing I can say to improve on this project would to have the exterior wood boarders surrounding the windows be painted...we have to do it our selves or hire it out. It was worth the wait of four months to install to get the quality windows. Thanx RbA excellent installers: Bryant, Tyler & Patrick.

Anothy Holt from Renewal by Anderson was excellent!! Our french door handle was falling off. He quickly assesed the situation got us a new hardwear set!! We love this door and now the handle stays on!! Thanks Anothny!!

Jesse Wilson and Kevin Robison came out and replaced some windows at my home and were outstanding. Easy to get along with and did the job effectively. Did everything I wanted and more and the windows are amazing. Already notice a difference in my heater running.

Anthony Holt, svc technician came out to install foot lock on my newly installed Renewal by Anderson sliding door. Anthony was very pleasant and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work and also asked if there is any other concerns I may have. I mentioned sometimes I have to adjust the door closing in order to lock it and he took a look and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with the customer service and how professional Anthony was.

Renewal by Andersen was our first choice for replacing our old aluminum framed 17 windows and 2 patio doors in our newly purchased condominium. The difference in room temperature was instant and are such a stunning improvement in the appearance inside and out. Our crew led by Kalob K. did an outstanding job. Kalob is polite, skilled, meticulous and a qualified team leader. He and his crew of Kobe B. Sie S. Antonio H. And Kize B. prepared the work areas to protect our floors and furnishings, expertly removed the old windows and installed the new ones with trim and vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards. Daniel Vendoza and Rick Torres replaced our cracked window. All of the folks weâ ve worked with at Andersen have been top notch but these two guys were a cut above. They did a professional job, perfect job cleaning up, great communicators and very helpful answering our questions and fixing minor issues with one of our doors. Couldnâ t be happier!
