My sales experience, the project manager Katie, the installers Adam B, Tim N, Kobe B, Kalob K and Paul B were incredible. They did superb work and cleaned up every ounce of sawdust before they left every day. Our windows and our door are incredible! Canâ t recommend these guys enough.

Stephen was our service tech who has been to our house in the past. He was able to flawlessly install a replacement window.(the original one came with a large scratch). I he was very professional, kind, and cleaned up perfectly after the project was complete. He ended by asking if any of our other windows needed attention, or if there was anything else he could do. We are very thankful.

Kohl, Patrick S. & Denzel P. knocked my installation out of the park. From the beginning of project, notifying me of when they will arrive communication was crisp and friendly. After an initial walk-through, Kohl and I were able to figure out how to make the two-day installation go smoothly with me working at home and other going-ons. His team worked together efficiently and had their tools setup and before I knew it they were extracting the first window from its concrete frame. They overcame several challenges on the project but the thing that impressed me is each and every window was installed with care, quality and craftsmanship. Since we have had the windows installed, it feels like we are living in a new home and seeing the outside world through the windows in a new way. And more importantly not feeling the outside world. I setup a little before and after experiment in our west facing kitchen windows which get 3 hours of intense sun. With our our old double pane windows, the temp read ~90f on a mid-70s spring day. After the install the temps neared 80f and the sensor sitting in full sun peaked at 76f. You could stand in front of the window and just barely feel the warmth on you skin. Born and raised in Minnesota, I trust RBA to provide the best replacement windows and doors on the market. While installation is months off, due to my schedule - not RBA, so far the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Chad Abernathy came today to do the Precision Measure and he was thorough, knowledgeable, professional. It was a pleasure to work with him to make sure my order was accurate! Both Adam Babcock and Tim Nitcher did an excellent job with our window installation! They were professional, great communicators and did a great job protecting my landscape and cleaning up after themselves.

The installers Stephan O. and Robert H. did amazing work, were very professional, courteous and cleaned up their work nicely after the job was complete. They went above and beyond to show us how everything works, made sure we were satisfied plus they even reused some of my father's interior wood trim work that had been passed on to our family as his legacy. True masters at their trade. Rate them 10 out of 10.

I was extremely impressed throughout the week-long installation project with the professionalism, courtesy and respect demonstrated by the two young men who worked in our home. Brian S (lead) and Dylan K did a wonderful job installing our new sliding door and windows, and did so with a thoroughness and attention to every detail that one rarely experiences these days. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the final product and the expertise of the Renewal by Anderson team that worked with us over the past few months. UPDATE 4/18/24: We're in the final stage of a multi-year project to upgrade all of the windows in our home, and we've hired Renewal by Anderson of Washington for each phase. Based on our previous experience with team members, we asked for Rick Metzger to perform the pre-installation tech visit, and Rick did his usual superb job ensuring all measurements were accurately taken and answering all of our questions. We have been consistently impressed during Rick's visits with his product knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. A pleasure to work with!

Scott D, Andy K and Brian R. we're amazing. They showed up on time, explained everything they were doing. Courteous, respectful of property. They install3d a patio door and window. When they left, cleaned up. Couldn't even tell they had been there except foe the amazing work they left behind.

Brian S and Dylan K did a fabulous job last week for us! Removed and replaced a sliding glass door and eight windows. Very courteous, respectful of our home and belongings, and very professional in their work. Meticulous in the removal of the old windows and exact in the installation of the new windows. The installers, David S. and Javi B., were very thorough and completed the project (windows) in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the work that was finished on 5/5/2023. The installers always checked with me during the process to make sure I would be happy with each detail of the work. They cleaned up after each phase and at the final completion. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Because I hired two well -known companies to do window replacements over the course of the same quarter in 2023, I had ample opportunities to compare & contrast the quality & professionalism of the work & the products installed in similar spaces. Company #1 sent a single individual with a tape measure to get accurate dimensions. I watched him bring the tape into vague proximity to the windows & was not impressed. When the windows arrived, one large window was broken in the truck, another, (the kitchen window), was 8â too small on the horizontal & had to be reordered. Since the installer had already yanked out the old window & broken it into smithereens, he had to put a piece of OSB in to fill the empty space. We waited 2 more months for correct windows to arrive. Over half the windows were installed by a single installer because his assistant called in sick. IMO, the windows were too large for one man to handle competently & his â attack with a crow barâ removal technique left significant damage to the walnut window surround & the sill, & to the cedar outside framing. After shattering 2 pieces of the exterior cedarâ ¦he opted to replace the damaged 2x2s with wood that looks like pine rather than cedar. We are still waiting for the screens to arrive! By contrast, Renewal By Anderson has done stellar work. The lead installer, Antonio Hurtado, & his crew John G., Stephen O. & Robert H. were professional in every way. From initial measurements, thru window removal, install, & cleanupâ ¦they were outstanding, cordial, professional at every turn! I highly recommend the installers & their product. My only complaint is I found them quite expensiveâ ¦though that seems to be the situation for all window products these days. Jer McGaha-Bellingham

Replaced 5 casement windows with sliders. Couldn't be happier. The windows offer more visibility and cost less than the casements. They glide easily and removable in order to clean the outside glass. The screens were also invisible to the eye and easy to remove when needed. The workmanship is outstanding. Our installers, Curtis and Trevor, were polite, very nice, careful to keep from damaging our carpets and furniture. They cleaned up after each day of work. They are very hard workers and answered politely when responding to our questions. We have a sliding glass door yet to be installed and will request them when we are ready to install the sliding door. I would highly recommend this company.

Ted,Klinton, Steve and Rick really went above and beyond to make sure my brand new sliding door was perfect. In a world that struggles with customer service and satisfaction these guys have mastered it. I am very pleased with how the door came out!!

We started with replacing several windows that had broken seals or wouldn't stay open. Once we had those new Renewal by Andersen windows, we liked them so well we decided to replace all of the other old windows as well as our French door. This week Nathan S., Micheal G. and Taylor R. installed six new windows and a beautiful new French door. We were very impressed with the excellent installation as well as high-quality products. I highly recommend this company, their personnel, and their superior windows and doors.
