I found Pacific Plumbing because of an Angie's list deal. Although the specific toilet I wanted was not one of the options, for a little more, I was able to get the specific toilet we wanted. Prior to this offer, we purchased two other exact same toilets and paid a lot more than the one Pacific Plumbing sold us. The plumber arrived on time and did the work as promised. Wish we would have found Pacific before but we were able to get the last of the toilets we wanted done. We will definitely use Pacific Plumbing on all future needs.

I told them I needed a circular bowl, because the room was small and the door wouldn't shut with any other kind. They brought an elongated one. They said they would come back today with the correct bowl and they have not. They won't return calls.

Everything went well. It was a very good and quick experience as they informed me that they couldn't perform the service with the type of toilet that I ordered.

Everything went great. Nick showed me what they were going to do, how they would get at the pipes to replace them -- and then his crew arrived and they got to work. They started sometime after 9am and were done with the whole house by 1pm! That included patching the walls -- and doing a great job at that, as well. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, his crew and the job they did on my repipe.

This was the second time I have used Pacific plumbing and would recommend them without reservation! Good service for reasonable prices. Unobtrusive and kind to an old woman with an unusually chaotic household!

They were fantastic. Even the ditch in the yard was meticulously covered so we could barely see where it had been. When encountering difficulties getting through the garage floor, they instead went up and over, insulated, and didn't charge us extra. Later, when there was a mix-match between what our bathroom contractors expected and what was provided, they came back at no charge to replace what they had done with different fittings. All this as a sub-contractor to Repipe Specialists. If I had it to do over again, I would get a bid directly from this fine company. If I ever need a plumber, this is the company I will call.

had bought their special deal on Angie's List for a new toilet installed for $399. I had called up several places to compare the cost of buying and installing a new toilet. and realized that the $399 was a good deal. They moved up the installation date from 15th Sept to 10th Sept upon my request. They showed up on time, worked quickly and professionally. They made sure the house did not get dirty as they removed the old toilet and installed the new one. They took away the old toilet. Will definitely use them again.

He was great! I have hired him before, a couple months prior. He is very professional and courteous. He gets the job done right!

Toilet broke in guest bathroom and was having a guest coming for a visit the next week. I went on Angies list to find a plumber in my area and there was a deal for a new toilet installed for $399 by Pacific Plumbing. After I purchased I called them and explained the situation. They came in 2 days. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys had to go into a small crawl space and wriggle to the farthest corner where they rebuilt a water line to an outside faucet. Ugly place to work but they did it without complaint. Cleaned up very well and patched drywall where they had to cut a hole fore access.

It went good. The whole job is done in a week. The way they did the job was very good. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, did everything they said they would and when they would. Everything worked out. Their price is fair.

I bought a deal of $ 149.00 for 2 hrs of plumbing. "Baba" from Pacific Plumbing showed up on time and handled everything very professionally. For clarification, Baba is the name on his business Card, he is from India, and I would recommend him any time to anybody. My main object was to get the 2 old single unit valves replaced in order to update the bathroom vanity w/ sink. I can do that now myself, without having to pay someone $ 350.00 for installation of a Bathroom vanity and sink. Some come with the faucet pre-installed. The $ 350.00 price is what the 2 big box stores ask for. The old valves had the water supply lines firmly attached, there is no way one can replace the lines. I am not connecting a new sink to a 35 year old supply line. The other item was to replace the Garbage Disposal. Type Badger from Home Depot, 2 yr warranty, after 17 years of service it was time to get a new one. I knew that there was a missing line from the Dish washer to the Air Gap, I also forgot to buy a new P-trap and connections to the disposal. He noticed that and I told him to go ahead and fix it /replace the old connections. He also noticed a leaky valve to the dish washer which I was not aware of (Rental). Luckily I had an extra valve. All in all it took a little longer than the original deal was good for, about 30-40 minutes, but the total bill was very fair, I paid an extra $ 120.00 plus tax, that included all parts he supplied. The parts he supplied do not cost that much, maybe $ 10.00, but it is nice not to be asked for every nickel and dime. Very good PR. I am happy, it was a good deal, and Pacific Plumbing gets an A+ from me. 98058

The installer, Baba, arrived on time, was clean in appearance and very polite. He put a protective tarp on the carpeted stairs leading to the two upstairs bathrooms. For the upstairs bathrooms, he placed the old toilets in plastic bags to be carried down stairs in the event of any left over water leaking onto the tarp and then on to the hard wood floors. The lower toilet was installed and tested in about an hour. The upstairs two toilets took a little longer, but not over two hours. It was a pleasure working with a respectful and professional person and the company, Pacific Plumbing.

The person came in told us the service time would include the driving time to our home. He was super slow on doing anything. Arrived at 9:00ish. By the time he wanted to start working it was over 10. Besides, he didn't seem competent. We decided not to use him for the service.

Plumber (Baba) showed up as scheduled and made some great recommendations on how to replace a burst pipe with a design and materials that should avoid this problem in the future. Job was fully completed per estimate and even included some extra components beyond what we had discussed. Many thanks!

BUYER BEWARE: Having purchased numerous Big Deals in the past what I've learned is that you need to make sure the provider can do the work and is available to do the work, BEFORE purchasing the Big Deal--whenever possible. Otherwise, you may purchase the deal but they can?t get you on the schedule for several weeks out. As such, I saw this providers Big Deal Special and asked them to come out for specific project I needed done, and give me a quote on additional work for a larger project that would need to be done later. After providing me quotes for all of the work, when I asked the provider to perform the specific task he said okay. That was until I told him that I was going to use his Angies Big Deal to pay for the service or whatever portion would be needed. Upon telling him that he said he couldn't do the work because it was going to cost him too much to do the deal. After haggling back and forth I simply told him to leave if he wasn't going to honor the deal. For $150 dollars it was no longer worth my time or energy. What makes it even worse is that he even showed up late. I?ve probably spent over 25k on Angies List providers and Big Deals as I?ve had to remodel two houses and manage 3 rental properties over the past 3 years. I would not recommend this company for anything. This was a complete waste of time. The only good service they provided is that they were responsive.

Bill came out and found the source of my leak. Turned out that a large section of the drain pipe needed to be replaced. Since I had already purchased a deal for 2 hours of service through Angies List he deducted that for the total cost and gave me a great total price. He had to remove drywall and insulation and used his own materials to replace the pipe. We tested it and everything seems leak free.

They did a good job. I thought their prices were steep considering they changed 2 bathroom faucets and a laundry room sink and faucet. Baba Singh comes with a helper, so you are effectively paying for 2 people when you only need one person.

The plumber was friendly and pleasant but appeared reluctant to wet or soil his hands. I showed him about 5 problems areas and he kept saying "Oh no, we don't do that!"-- so he did not caulk my leaking tub or clean my sink drains clogged with hair or fix the leak form the bottom of my kitchen faucet--and only replaced my showerhead with a cheap alternative (I had requested a high quality but efficient one). This after I repaid for two hours of his time through one of your deals; he was there less than 45 minutes. and worked about 10 minutes. It was a complete waste of my money!

They did a very good job. Arrived at the stated time. Set up tarps so they wouldn't mess the carpet. Gave me some alternatives (replacing gasket v/s replacing valve). Then they worked quickly and had me inspect the result. Ver y satisfied and would use them again for other jobs.
