Professional from start to finish. After the job was completed, another unrelated fence installation accident resulted in a broken water main for our neighbor. Bill and his crew came out and performed the repair - without charge. We would highly recommend Global, both for major work (like ours) or for general plumbing repairs.
Description of Work: We had a complete re-pipe of our home as well as replacement of the main water line from the street to the house. The job was completed in one day...amazingly quick and professional job.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual, courteous, and picked up after themselves. What more could you want? They came in, did the job, managed to work in very cramped conditions, and knew what they were doing. I would hire them again when doing another plumbing job. Also, the price was very fair, quite different from some of the other plumbing companies that I got bids from.

It went perfect no complaints. Thorough and explained everything he was doing. When he came to install the toilet he check under the house and brought to my attention the old cast iron plumbing (we had had problems) that was very old. Bid the job and completed the work.

Very frustrating to work with. We went with Pacific because while they were a little more expensive than another bid we received, they could start the following week. We were duped - what that actually meant is that they spent one day at our place, and then took several days off to work at other jobs. They came back for a few hours, and then would go elsewhere. We should have just gone with the other bid for a later start - the jobs would be finished in the same time. While one of the plumbers did a good job while he was there, others were lazy, suggested that we do the finishing work (like sealing pipes) and spent large amounts of time on his phone. The quality of the finished work was ok - I would have preferred that they were a little more detail oriented, but it's not too bad. Mostly this complaint is about customer service and dishonestly about prioritizing our job. Would not recommend and will not use again.
Description of Work: We purchased the PEX replacement package from Angie's List for our 1905 house. In addition we asked them to do some other work like moving a toilet to a new location, and install a new water heater.

Bill Singh and his crew were excellent. We had all of the original pipes in our 1964 home replaced with pex pipe. One day before, Bill and his crew came and did all of the cutting of drywall and the digging of the trench for the main water line. The next day the crew was back and began the re-piping. He walked his crew through the house and explained what needed to happen. The work started at around 9am an the job was completed by 4pm. This included the sealing of the drywall, which was extra but worth it. Very professional, very cordial. Will definitely use them again when we remodel the bathrooms.

The water pressure, especially the hot water, in our house was terrible. I realized that we needed to replace the piping, but was afraid I couldn't afford to because our house is so large. I got several estimates, and the best was from Bill Singh at Global Plumbing. The replacement included three complete bathrooms, two kitchens, a laundry room, and all outside spigots. A team of eight men arrived at 8:30 a.m. They turned off the water at 9 a.m. They spread out throughout the house, locating all the hidden pipes. They had to cut quite a few holes in the drywall, but they explained all of this ahead of time and made sure I understood what they were doing. They ran new PEX piping to every location and put new 1/4-turn valves on everything. This was a huge relief since I'd been worried about causing a leak if I had to turn off one of the old valves at a toilet or sink. There were a couple of locations where the old valves were wedged inside the interior of the cabinet, and were impossible to turn, and Bill's men re-positioned them so that they can now be turned on and off. The holes they had cut in the walls were being patched as fast as the new pipes were installed. By 3:30 p.m., the new piping was all in, the holes were all patched, and the water was turned back on, with no leaks. I couldn't believe it! The hole patching didn't include texturing and paint, and since I didn't want to do that myself, I hired half of Bill's crew to come out the next day to do that part. By the end of that day, you couldn't even tell there had ever been any holes in the wall. Two weeks later, I had Bill's crew come back to replace the old cast iron pipe from the house to the water meter. This was not an easy job, since the water meter is in the middle of our cement driveway. Everything was completed during that day. It is so wonderful to finally have excellent water pressure! What I liked best about Global Plumbing was that I felt they had complete knowledge of all aspects of their job, and I felt like I could trust them to accomplish their job, and handle any problems that might come up. I also had complete trust in their professionalism and was comfortable with them having the run of my house. I plan on using them for any other plumbing problems, or new service, I might need.
Description of Work: Global Plumbing used PEX pipe to replace all of the cast iron pipes in our 4200 square foot house. Also, they replaced the cast iron pipe from our house to the meter.

It went well. He did a thorough inspection when we notice the toilet flushed slow. Found out I had very old cast iron plumbing under the house. He did his homework and gave me a bid and I had the work done. They did great job not problems so far. Day of work I was in Phoenix for an emergency he contacted to discuss issues during the installation and sent pictures. I sent my daughter there to discuss and inspect the work.

Our house is built on a slab foundation which made things a bit harder because one of the toilets needed a new metal gasket/flange (I probably don't have the correct item name) and it had to be concreted in. This increased the cost a bit and required a follow-up visit to tighten the bolts after the concrete cured. I felt that Pacific Plumbing was very professional about showing me what the problems were and giving me the options. They were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves which is something I always appreciate. I would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

I purchased a new toilet from Angie's List (Big Deal). I was given a choice of two toilets, both of which I had looked up and had good ratings. I chose a Toto brand, but upgraded it to an ADA height for $60. Pacific Plumbing was very prompt and professional. My old toilet was 34 years old, so it also needed a new shutoff valve, which I knew. They also took away the old toilet. I was very impressed, and would use them again. PS, I love the toilet. It is a very low flow, and works great.

They arrived around 9am 6 or7 workers, one foreman. Did a fairly good job putting down tarps on floor. All were working constantly. Finished about 11:30 am. We discovered shower was leaking, called and Nick ( Foreman) arrived. He checked shower head out and said it would be around $50 to replace something inside. Shower was from BathFitters, they will send someone or call on Monday to see about replacing the shower. Other then the long delay, Nov when I purchased from Angie unti Jan 23 when they did work, things seem to be working. We are in our late 80's my husband suffers from Alzheimer's and I use a walker. We have to trust that work was done well and that areas we can not see were properly done.. I trusted Angie's list when I originally felt that the offer would improve our home value.

Bill Singh from Pacific Plumbing had made a repair of a pipe before and the repair only lasted a short period in another house I had, but I wanted to give him a second chance. The repair went fine at the beginning, but 8 months later the pipe is leaking worse than the first time. I called him, he came and he insisted he wanted to change the whole house plumbing and will not honor a warranty because it was over 6 months and will not give me a discounted fee to fix the problem properly. I called another plumber, and I was told his work was not done right and that is the reason why it is leaking again. Luckily, I used this other company, who gave me the fitting Pacific Plumbing used, they are the wrong fittings and I am demanding a full refund! This provider is dishonest and had used the wrong fittings with the intention of doing the big work later and this job to fail.

Response from Re-Pipe Masters
When she called, Bill went to her home, and told her that because it is beyond the warranty period of six months. She might have to pay for it but still they are willing to dig the dirt back and look at the piping. If it is the same place when we fixed it, we will fix it and not charge anything. But if it is at a different place, then we would be charging extra amount. Bill left after she wanted time to decide and never called back. We would still try to resolve it and at this point it is to pay some money back but not all the money back.

Useless. This company was hard to get hold of and when an appointment was finally scheduled, no one showed up or called to explain why. I first submitted an estimate request online twice from their website. A few days after I submitted the second request, Nick responded asking me for a phone number. I then called several times and left a message but got no response. Finally, I called first thing in the morning hoping it would catch him before he was busy and he answered the phone with a simple, "Hello", no indication that it was Pacific Plumbing. He then agreed to come to my house to estimate the work but then never appeared. I don't understand why companies behave this way. This is a big repipe job which should be quite profitable for them and the reviews on Angie's List suggest they have a lot of experience in repiping, so they sounded like the perfect company for the job.

I bought a Big Deal for $329 and then waited and waited and waited for them to respond to my repeated requests to schedule a date. I finally asked them to refund my money so that I might find someone else to do the job, then he responded and we agreed upon a date/time. They arrived at the agreed upon time--very punctual. I needed to have a new flange, supply line and floor bolts (none of which were part of the Big Deal) and these jacked the price up another $200. I have priced these parts at my local hardware store and none of them is over $10 each. As well, this outfit is not pet-friendly. I have dogs and they wanted me to put the dogs "away". I agreed to keep the dogs downstairs while they worked upstairs, but they kept leaving the gate to the stairs open as they came and went, making this a bit more difficult for me to manage. They also did not close the front door behind them each time they came and went in and out, in late November. When I asked about it, he showed me that he had some tools in his hands and explained that "his hands were full". In all honesty, I might have been willing to overlook some of this, but the ridiclious mark-up did not qualify this as much of a deal at all. I never EVER want these guys in my home again. .

He went through plumbing needs and checked crawl space . Promised bid next couple days. Nothing. I contacted N8ck, he seemed confused as to who I was. My job is about $8k, so surprised he forgot...it was within a week that we met. He promised to send bid- never did. Very disappointed due to company on Angie's list.

I purchased three "NewToilet Installed" deals on Angies List. Soon afterward I scheduled the work with Nick at Pacific Plumbing. Nick and his helper arrived at the scheduled time, layed down protective floor coverings, removed the old toilets and replaced them with the news ones. That evening I discovered that one of the toilets developed a leak. The next day Nick sent one of his plumbers over to fix the leak. The plumber thought it was a bad shutoff valve on the water line. The valve was replaced, but because it was not thought to be a problem with the toilet, I was billed extra for it. Subsequently, the leak reoccurred. This time I could see that it was coming from the toilet's tank. Nick showed up the next day and confirmed the source of the problem. A new tank was ordered and installed and the money for the shutoff valve replacement was refunded to me. Nick and his plumbers were prompt, courteous and professional. Although one of the three toilets they installed leaked, I believe it was due to a defect in the tank and not due to the plumbers workmanship; therefore, I would hire them again for my plumbing needs.
