Re-Pipe Masters

Great work, these guys know their business. I did not think it would go so quickly and "easily" (for me) but they re-piped my house in a day. That was 3 years ago, and it has held up great. They were on time, tidy, did what they promised and gave me plumbing I can be confident about. Now over the holidays we had a plumbing issue, a small leak in an old pipe out near the meter, and they came out today and repaired it, digging when its in the 30's outside. Now that I have new pipes stem to stern from Global plumbing I can rest easy. I so appreciate that they are plumbers I can rely on.

Needed the water line re-routed going into my trailer because of a leaking shutoff valve. They came out looked at it gave me a quote and were done in 2 hours. Simple and easy

They included the outdoor faucets front & back without extra cost, I also added a third bathroom, plus replacement of the main water line from the city meter to the house, that job on the main water line replacement was an extra cost but it was good deal for me. The most important thing for me, was they did this whole project in one day, & they guaranteed that they will do it in one day & they did it, i was very impressed. And they did a quality work & they were always on time, they were very prompt, they even came early to give us an estimate, & when ist time to do the job they were on time right on the money, & they even finished the job a couple of hours early. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors for a similar project.

Global Plumbing, LLC did an excellent job on the repipe of our house. They were on time and completed the job in half a day! The crew was very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They also replaced a couple of worn out faucets on our bathtub and in our main bathroom. In addition, they gave me the choice of not replacing pipes that had already been converted to copper, which was much appreciated. The drywall patches they made to the walls were excellent and there was minimal patchwork needed. The replacement of the gas water heater was also completed flawlessly. All of the plumbing works like it should and we have better water pressure and cleaner water than before! Overall, I would highly recommend Global Plumbing, LLC!

I called for an estimate and Nick responded. He was on time for the appointment, brought samples of material they would use, and explained everything thoroughly to us. On the day of the repiping, the crew showed up at the time promised, about 8:30 am, and promptly got right to work. They laid drop cloths everywhere to keep carpet and floors clean. When anything not expected showed up, they were quick to show us and offer solutions and options. They were finished before 1:00 pm, which was amazing! Nick told us they would probably be done by 2:00 pm with repiping and then finish patching the walls. There were only four places they had to go through our walls, as when they could they went through vanities and cabinets. I was happy with the job they did with the patching of the walls. There was a small amount of "mud" to clean up, a couple spots on carpet and on bathroom floor, otherwise very neat and clean. When they were finished with the repiping, they cleaned up very nicely! It was a good experience! I was a little nervous about this big of a project, but they were quick and thorough.

The drywall repairs they completed were very well done and the patchwork required was minimal. They were able to do most of the repiping of the upstairs from down below which saved most of our walls from being cut into! This is the third time that Global Plumbing has re-piped a home for us in the past 3 years. They repiped out mothers home, our home and now our son’s home. They are a great company to work with. That is why I called them again to repipe our son’s home. The crew arrived promptly on the day and time scheduled. They were all very friendly, professional and very careful with the home. They worked fast and had no problems answering any questions or concerns we might have had. Made good suggestions on where to install outside faucets. We were very pleased with the work they did, they are experts in re-piping. Most of the crew had worked for Global plumbing for over 10 years. Must be a good company to work for is they can keep their employees working with them that long. We will not hesitate to recommend Global company for any type of plumbing to be done. I know I will call them again if the occasion arrises. Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent service and very quick. We were amazed at how quickly the work was done. 1-day to open and replace the pipes and a short day to close it all up after the county inspection.

No muss, no fuss, clear drain, and saved me a boatload of money.

He showed up on time and quickly assessed the problem. He was so honest and told me it was a simple fix that my maintenance man could fix and not to worry about the charge for the visit. I was so impressed by his honesty, and efficiency!!! I will call him the very next time I have a plumbing issue!!!

I like that they re-patched the work they did. They did not just leave holes on the wall. So when they re-piped, they actually plastered the walls back and that was good. What I did not like is that it took them longer than they said it would and one section was a permit issue that they did not either try to get beforehand. They told me it would be one day and it took two days.

As so many of the other reviews I have read about this company are on point. The team showed up around 9am and was done by 2pm the same day. The crew was about 6-8 people that as soon as they arrive they had guys everywhere digging trench in front yard for new water line, couple guys under the house in the crawl space removing stuff and running new stuff to guys up inside the house, one guys was in the kitchen doing the kitchen sink/dishwasher hook up, guy in the bathroom doing the sink, toilet, connections and installing a new moan shower single control unit and there was another guy in our laundry room running now service to water tank and clothes washer. The team was very fast and efficient in their work, they were all very polite (couple however didn't speak English so little language barrier), they took the time to keep their mess to a minimum. They put down tarps through the house to keep floor protected and clean then they bagged all trash out of the house to their truck and swept the floor and driveway out side. When they back filled the trench in front yard they were careful to replace the grass clogs on top so that the grass would reconnect so that you could hardly tell where the work had been done. I was so happy with the team I treated them to pizza in graduated for the work they preformed so well. I would recommend them to others and will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Not until I had a blockage that I called another plumbing company. They didn't seal my toilet correctly. For the pex re-pipe, it was awesome. They were done super quick. They said the water line really fast. I've had no problems with anything. It's just that it stinks in here and you're used to it because you're getting the smell of the sewer. He had to take the toilet off anyways to get to my main line. He said, I'm just letting you know that whoever put this in didn't do it right. I never had any problems with it, I probably would have never known. After I bought the deal, I had to call, no one contacted me. I contacted them, it was kind of phone tag. After that, they came right out and looked at everything. They were really awesome. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. It was done super quick. It was nice. It took half a day. I think there was four of them that came out. The only problem I had was there was a little bit of language barrier. I might use them again, I'm not quite sure. Everything was fine until the other plumber came in.

I thought it was great.came when they said, got right to work. Had a crew big enough that The staff were working on everything at the same time. digging trench ,working on bathroom, working on mainline in basement.Was able to get done by mid afternoon.!!! Cleaned up completely, yard included..Was able to inspect everything before they left.

Nick and team did a good job. They showed up on time, delivered the work as promised and cleaned up afterwards. They also answered the many questions we had about the process. We were surprised by how non invasive the process turned out to be. We of course have several drywall sections that needed to be repaired but were able to reuse most of the pieces they cut out making it a fairly easy repair job.

Service was prompt, professional and delivered as promised.

I have a house I am in the process of selling, and the buyers demanded a complete PEX repipe. So I needed quality work done fast and, hopefully, cheap. Even though they had a special going, Pacific was willing to come out and give me a bid specific to my job, which I asked for because I knew that my situation was a lot easier than the average house. In addition to Pacific, I had several plumbers and another "repipe specialty" plumbing company come in and give me bids. Pacific's price was the lowest, by a significant margin. Pacific was not only cheapest, but able to schedule me in very quickly, only a few days later. The crew of six workers showed up right on time at 9 a.m., as promised, and they were done by noon. Bam! In, done, out. I checked in with them a couple of times as they worked, and was impressed with how efficient and professional they were. All the workers were also very polite and seemed like nice guys. They laid down cloth tarps to protect the carpets, and cleaned up completely after themselves. In fact, the basement was actually cleaner than when they started! In the places where they had to remove drywall to replace pipes behind walls, they removed only the least amount needed for access. I had chosen to do the patching afterwards myself, in order to reduce cost, so they did not do that part, but were certainly willing to if I needed that done. The only negative I have is that the outside faucets were not part of the original deal, so when they offered to replace them, I agreed without first asking for a price. I thought the price they charged was on the high side, but it was not a major item in the larger picture, and to be fair it is my fault for not getting the price before committing, so I can't blame them. They were completely honest about everything, and if I had complained, I'm sure he would have dropped that item's price just to keep me happy. Regardless of this, I still believe I got a really great deal on quality work. Bottom line is would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, and if I ever need this type of job (or any large plumbing job) done in the future, they will be the first ones I call, and probably the only ones. It's pretty rare when something is high quality, fast, AND cheap!

They came on time and were done in approximately 6 hours. They were polite, asked questions if things needed different placements and put down tarps and cleaned up afterwards. We were having one of the bathrooms remodeled and when our contractor had a problem with one of the shower valves, they responded right away and came over and fixed it. They warranty their work for one year. The only con was the pricing for the patching. The price for the repiping was very good but the extra price for the patching was (I thought) high because you still have to have someone come and sand and texture and paint unless you are able to do that yourself.

The original house was built in the 1940s with an addition made in 1977 turning an exterior wall into an interior wall. They were able to brain storm quickly and solve the problem. The crew of 6 made short work of the job. They began around 10 and were done before 2.

Bill and Nick were prompt, well mannered and friendly. They did all work on time as expected and delivered as promised.

This is for our 85th St. rental property we own in Seattle. We've worked with Pacific Plumbing before many years ago when we had to repipe our entire house with copper tubings when our galvanized pipes were being plugged up. I just don't have time to deal with the hassles and wanted to go to the company I can trust. Besides, I work full time with busy work schedule. I remembered that Pacific Plumbing was the most cost competitive company with exxcellent service when we did the repipe. They are totally professional people. They showed up on time, their work is top quality, the workers who are well trained and know what they are doing, do it exactly per your wish, and get the pace cleaned up as if nothing happened. To my delight, the same folks who did our house came to do our rental property after all these years. That means they have loyal workers sticking with the company year after year. They have a good work ethics and you can trust the quality of their work.

Six months ago, Pacific Plumbing LLC did a total repipe of our house and replaced the water line to the street. They did a great job. Yesterday, six months later, we noticed a small leak from one of the outside spigots. I called Mr. Singh and he agreed to come out today to repair it. Mr. Singh arrived on time and replaced the gasket in the spigot, which fixed the leak. I was really happy that they did this for free, six months after the initial job, and I was especially impressed that they came out right away!
