Description of Work: Estimate provided for entire house Repipe. Did not proceed with project but will likely use them when I do the project if everything remains consistent.

Description of Work: Asked for a small add-on, he wouldn't give an estimate until they were onsite and walls torn apart. He knew I needed to get a tenant in so he price gouged me- doubled the price for 3 sime drain pipes.... I paid , but I will never use him again.

Description of Work: They replaced my plumbing from galvanized to pex. Overall I'm satisfied with the work and their persistence and willingness to correct things and the end result. I must have had them back out 4 or 5 times for one reason or another, but they were always willing to come back out within a few days. When there were a few small water spills in the house they always asked me for towels to clean things up rather than providing their own, which always puzzled me that as plumbers they didn't have anything to clean up with. They also set their tools down on my kitchen and bathroom countertops without any towels or anything under them.

Description of Work: The plumber (Bill) came to my house to check out the job. I also need waste vent and drain pipes, so Nick emailed me a quote for that after he left. It was nearly $8000 (in addition to the big deal that I purchased) which was way too high, so I emailed him and told him I'll have someone else do that part. He quickly called me and asked me to email him my other bids. He then texted me and asked me the same thing saying he'll match the lowest. I responded saying that I'm uncomfortable with that and that is not ethical business. I also reiterated that I'll be having another plumber do that part of the work. Nick texted me again offering 25% off and said that he would not be making any profit from it. I told him no for a third time. I am uncomfortable with them in my home since i feel like they were trying to rip off not only me, but other plumbers. Today I received a bid for the waste drain and vent plumbing for $4000 from a reputable company on Angie's List. Before they knew of this situation, they quoted me on the same PEX repipe for only $886. I will be using them if I can at least get a partial refund on the Big Deal I purchased.

Description of Work: I bought a "Big Deal" to replace my older toilet. They installed a new ADA Toto toilet. I purchased some upgrades, and pricing was explained well before installation. When they removed the old toilet, there was apparently some flange issue that required replacement at an additional charge. They had the new part with them, and it took minimal additional time. Again, all services and prices were explained in advance. The installers were quiet, careful, and respectful of my home.

Description of Work: The original purchase was for $3,849 for a whole house re-pipe. I must say we have the best water pressure we've ever had in the past 30 years.We paid an extra $795 to patch the sheet rock,install a new tub/shower valve for another $350 and new piping for laundry room sink with 1/4 twin valves for another $376.We found the toilet wouldn't flush after everyone left and someone came back to repair it the next morning for another $129 + tax.The repair man said when the water was turned back on the rust from the previous pipes blocked the water return and he was correct. Although it was more than we intended to pay it was overall better for us to have it done the same day.

Description of Work: We bought the re-pipe package for $3,498 but the initial consultation showed more work needed to be done, bringing the total to over $9,000. I know we didn't have to buy the extra piping or new water heater, but it wouldn't have made sense to clean, safe water in the end so we opted to have more done. If we had gone with this company at full price (not the deal price), the total job would have been what any other company would have charged without the AL deal discount. | |The city inspector approved the work they did, so we have confidence in the work. However, when they left the work site, I noticed a dirty sink in the main bathroom and when I tried to rinse the dirt out, discovered the drain was plugged; prior to the re-pipe it was not plugged. We had to clean it out in order to get a working sink. The second shower and sink did not work and we will need to call another plumber to have it repaired. | |It seems that the basic work was of good quality, but an outstanding plumbing service would have made sure all parts of the plumbing work clean and working prior to departure. I'm afraid to call this plumber about the non-working bathroom because I think it will cost me a lot more for work they should have done.

Description of Work: Baba and his assistant installed two new toilets and did some repair work under our kitchen sink. They did an Outstanding job!!

Description of Work: Two guys showed up quite a bit earlier than the scheduled time to help me with various plumbing services in my house and one of my rental property. One of them does all the talking and analysis and is pretty honest about what can be done and what will need a lot more work/cost. The other one does his work after the analysis and finished them quickly. Overall, it is a pretty good experience.

Description of Work: I had a water leak in my kitchen and needed help asap. They came one hour after I called them. They were prompt. Good grasp of the problem and how to stop the leak. Overall wonderful! My wood floors will not have any further water damage.
