The technician arrived on time, was very respectful and polite. Knew what he was doing and dispatched the work quickly. Door works great :) The technician informed me I would need 2 new springs, as since they had both been very old, the tension on the new one would cause the remaining one to break. So that's something everyone should keep in mind. You may think you'll be saving $ just replacing one but will probably end up replacing two if your springs are old.

It went well. The person I contracted with was not able to come, but he sent another business who he partnered with who did what he could and advised me on some other improvements that I might make. Competent, friendly and honest.

Ron quickly got me on his schedule. Called 30 minutes before arriving. Identified my broken spring & discussed options / prices before work was completed. After the spring was replaced it was determined that my garage door was broken also. Ron got me on the schedule quickly again, called 30 minutes before arriving, and replaced my garage door. I could have shopped around for someone else cheaper for the garage door install, but Ron was so great on the first visit & already knew everything I needed I stuck with my gut and just went with him for the rest of the job. He was polite, efficient, clean, and professional. Was a great experience.

Went well. The contractor was on time and responsive to scheduling calls.

The owner did the job himself. A friendly person who explained all the work in detail before doing them. I am satisfied with the result.

The price covered the deal. They haven't done much that I could have done myself. I thought they could do something but they didn't do a lot.

They came and it was ok. It seemed like about a 5 minutes. They were so fast that I didn’t see it happened. They oiled it and they were polite and nice and everything. It was fine.

Fresh US Air did a great job on replacing the new part and also replaced my neighbor's as well. I opted to go with a newest opener from Liftmaster that has a back up battery, as well as a belt for quieter sound. I absolutely love my new garage opener. I needed a new opener any way as mine was 20 years old and it was having problems closing. Fresh US Air recommended a new system without trying to upsell me the product. He was professional and was on-time with both appointments. I would highly recommend his service.

They did good work. The work was done fast. I would use them again if need be.

They were very good. I thought it would need a new door and he said he thought he could work with it. He did a very good job, it's beautiful.

Called me right away, scheduled within a day of ordering deal. Replaced spring and did PM on both doors even though I only ordered one deal.

I was happy to hear that our garage door was safe and all we need to do to fix the squeaks is to use a lubricant.

I called them to replace one spring and they said $125. After starting they recommended all 4 springs be replaced. It took less than an hour to finish. They said $500 for the work. I paid $500 directly and thought the job should have been contracted through Angie's and paid instead. Now I realize my mistake.

They didn't do much. They just came out and sprayed the chains and opened and closed the door a couple times.

He did not fix the problem. Claimed the wrong chain was installed. And while that is possible, I've had two other professional garage door companies come out and say that wasn't the issue.

Ron was very nice. He noticed that one of my springs on the garage door was broken. He had the replacement in stock in his truck. He was quick, clean and did a nice job.

It was fine. I think they came shortly after that.
