Description of Work: Jack's Evergreen Painting provided two painters for one day to complete interior walls and baseboards for a 725 square foot condo. Andrey, the general manager, returned my phone call the same day and we had the job set up for the following day. Prompt service and excellent completion standards. If you do use the Angie's deal for two painters, be sure to tell them exactly what you want done ... provide the guidance. They will complete anything you desire within the normal work day (8hrs). I removed switch covers myself so that they could concentrate in getting the paint on the walls.

Description of Work: fixed damaged drywall under the toilet

Description of Work: Repaired ceiling where roof had leaked. There had been previous repair, but roof leak hadn't been fixed, so we needed new repair.

Description of Work: Just filled in holes in the wall. We purchased a 4 hours of plaster work. There was no contractor only the laborer. But the requested work was completed.

Description of Work: I bought the wallpaper-removal special offer ($199 for 8 hours of work). The workman who came arrived early and worked straight through for a solid 8 hours. (This does not count the few minutes he took to eat a sandwich at my insistence.) He was polite and efficient and did exactly what was advertised--removed wallpaper from two large bathrooms with careful steaming and then cleaned and prepared the walls so they would be ready for primer. He took great care to protect the carpeting and fixtures with tarps before work began and took all scraps, removed wallpaper, and plastic sheeting with him when he left. Even if I had paid full price, I would have felt that I'd gotten my money's worth.

Description of Work: Exterior paint. After a year (and using very expensive paint) the job needs to be redone. The back screen door turned out a mess which they sanded to fix without putting down any protection this ruining our deck and never really fixed it?

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 8 hours of wallpaper removal for $199. It did not take as long as expected so they offered to paint for the remainder of the time I had left. They did more than I expected for a reasonable price and I am very satisfied! I would recommend this company and would use them again in future.

Description of Work: These guys took down some old wallpaper. They had some extra unused time out of the 8 hours, and offered to come back and do some painting prep (though by then I had already done it). I trust that if, after I paint, it shows that I didn't do a great prep job, they would be willing to help me figure out how to fix it! That is how helpful they were, and I was very impressed indeed.

Description of Work: repaired a section of plaster that was buckling on our living room ceiling. They did a nice job for a quick repair until we can get the whole ceiling done. They gave us a rough estimate for that job in the future, which was reasonable. |They also noticed that our front stairs needed to be repaired. They offered to come back the next day to do a repair that would avoid us having to replace all of the wooden stairs at that time. Again, the repair was done well and inexpensively for a temporary fix. We appreciated their efficiency and punctuality and their willingness to get things fixed within our budget.

Description of Work: I've done Business with a lot of Contractors with my various properties and they are right at the top. They do everything that they say they will do and they do it when they say they will do it. They were very easy to work with and the quality of their work was excellent. Overall a great experience with them.
