We were so impressed with the interior paint job they did for us we had them come back to do the exterior as well. We didn't bother with bids since we knew their prices and crew were great. They were always on time and all of them friendly. Having folks around the property that my wife and kids are comfortable with is important, and this was the same crew we had for the interior and they're all great. Any change or ask was an easy conversation, they really want you to be happy. The house looks great and the doors all look new again. No over spray issues. Nothing in the pool. Just a fantastic job, we love it! We're now having them do an estimate for painting our kitchen cabinets. Finding great companies is hard, look no further.

Start to finish, the whole team did an amazing job on the exterior painting of my house. They were friendly, knowledgeable, worked hard, and my house has never looked better. I don't even think it looked this good when I bought it from the builder. From the initial quote by Jack, to scheduling/coordinating with Andre, to the painting done by Marco & Marco, I found all of them to be professionals and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone in the future.

Every day the painters came on time and worked hard all day. The work lasted about a week and everything was left cleaned up and the house looks great. I would hire them again.

Summary Painting - A++ - I highly recommend them and will use them when time to paint the exterior of my house. Drywall - If there was anything lower than an F, that would be my grade. Drywall man completely fouled up the installation of the wall. My C rating is an average of the ratings for painting and drywall repair. Detail As noted above, I had water damage to a wall and, as long as I had someone coming in to paint, decided to have the bedrooms repainted as well. First the painting: The representative they sent was very knowledgeable and gave us a quote that was at the low end of the companies I spoke with. They arrived when promised (about 2 weeks later) and got to work. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the pre-painting preparation (patching of dings and holes) that they did before starting the paint. They even spotted a few old patches that hadn't been properly textured and made sure they were indistinguishable from the rest of the wall before starting to paint. The care shown by the team and their commitment to quality was impressive, even to the point of putting an entire additional coat in one room because we mentioned one wall looked a little mottled in certain light. They spent as much time as needed (more than planned) to get it right and still honored the quote. Now, almost a year later, the paint looks great. I plan to call Jack's when it is time to paint the exterior. The drywall, on the other hand, was terrible. I want to be clear that it was done by a different person (same company) than the painting. He was an older gentleman, so I thought he was experienced. I should have known something was up when I showed him a pair of wires where I wanted to put a new outlet and asked him to be sure to make a small hole and bring them through at the spot I marked. I told him I would put a remodeling box in after he was done. I had to explain to him multiple times because he wasn't familiar with an after-market (remodeling) outlet box. He then spent a good part of the day nailing blocks to the studs. I've hung a lot of drywall and I don't think the blocks were needed, but it was his time. When I came home at the end of day 2, the drywall was in place with no wires coming through it. I reminded him the next morning and, that evening, I found that he had cut a huge hole (16 X 12) to find the wires and then another hole to bring them through. The first hole was patched, but most people would just have cut a small hole at the location of the box and fished them through, or remembered in the first place. The kicker, though, was after I had signed off on the job and went to install the light switch, old outlet and new outlet. He had cut a hole for the existing light and outlet boxes but not big enough to fit over them. Instead, the drywall was sitting on top of the boxes, meaning the edge of the drywall was 1/2" proud of the edge of the box. I should have noticed it, but was too focused on the area around the wires and ensuring the patch didn't show. It never occurred to me to check since I've never seen any drywall professional make such a basic error. I cut around the boxes but something he had done (I'm assuming the blocking) prevented the drywall from popping into place. I had to use a number of plastic washers to bring the switch and outlet far enough out to stay in place and still get the cover plates on. They work, although they are a little loose, but there is a 1/2" bulge in my wall. In fairness, I did not ask them to come out and fix it at the time because (a) it would likely be the same guy and (b) it had taken us 2 weeks to tear out and rebuild the wall and I was tired of having my house torn up. A china cabinet sits in front of the bulge, so it isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it. The man left a lot of sanding dust in the two rooms but the painting crew cleaned it up when I pointed it out. Again, in fairness, I should say that it seems like he did a good job with the tape and mud but I also know that the texture and painting (done by the painting crew) may be part of the reason the wall looks good (except for the bulge).

Andre is absolutely awesome. Jack has a hidden gem in this guy, and jack should not let him go at any point in time. He came out to give me an estimate and we talked for about an hour. He educated me on what paint I should use on my house, and basically said if another painter says otherwise do not use them. He even recommended that I get other quotes, which i was already in the process of doing. The only reason why I wouldn't consider them is because they were priced higher than another quote I got. Other than that it sounds like the company is a great company and would do a good job.

Jack came out promptly and did the bid. We had a couple questions about using our own paint, which he responded to and adjusted the bid accordingly. Took awhile to get scheduled (being the busiest time of year for painters), but once we were on the schedule, everything went smoothly with no surprises. We had requested to get the job done by a certain date, and despite their very busy schedule they squeezed us in early, working on the weekend to get it done. Andre was the foreman and handled the scheduling. He came out a few times to deliver tools and ladders and check how the job was progressing. Ramon and Primus did the pressure washing, scraping, sanding, priming, masking and painting two coats. They were very professional, cheerful and responsive to our requests. They arrived on time every day and did everything they said they would. Our house very badly needed painting, and now it looks almost like a new house!

Everything went very well. They promptly provided a bid and we selected them over 4 other painting contractors. The job manager (Andre) was very easy to work with, was available in person or by phone to clarify questions and went out of his way to make sure they were completely clear with expectations (specific paint color, finish, locations etc.) He was also flexible with the timeline and were able to work around me installing some new entry trim prior to painting this part of the house. The team that did the work Marco and Marco where fantastic. They showed up on time each day and completed the job with outstanding attention to detail. You could really tell that they enjoyed what they did and were determined to do the best job possible. Marco went out of way to make sure the work done met or exceed our expectations. He completed multiple coats of paint on the front door in order to have the desired color and finish for the new deep dark color. Most would not have taken the time to make it look this good. We will certainly be using this provider for future painting projects and would highly recommend them to anyone considering having some quality painting done at a very competitive price.

Andre was on time and very professional, I believe he gave a good price for the work that needs to be done on our deck. We are getting the house ready for sale and decided to put money into other areas of home improvement instead.

Purchased "the deal" in anticipation of executing a home project per a schedule. Vendor called immediately and I explained that the project plan showed the task in early 2013. Vendor made 1 follow up call. Familyissue came up, schedule was put on hold and "the deal" expired before work could commence.

The project went very well. Jack provided a bid that was significantly less than two other quotes we received, and included a higher quality of paint. They accommodated our schedule (although we did call well in advance to get on their July calendar). The job was completed exactly on the schedule they promised, and the quality is excellent.

Excellent job! I contacted Andrey (General Manager) about painting the exterior of my house and he came over the same day to give me an estimate. He is very personable and knowledgeable. The house was pressure washed on Thursday and a several man crew showed up on schedule Monday and had all the prep work and 2 coats of base paint done in 1 long day. Jose and Ramos showed up promptly the next day to finish the trim, doors and shutters. They were very professional and good at what they do. They did a good job masking and protecting everything from overspray. Between the time of the estimate and job Andrey was able to negotiate a better price on the paint we wanted and passed that savings on to us. Their attention to detail is impressive. I would hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done!

They not only did the work as promised, but they did it in an exemplary fashion. These folks showed up every day on time and ready to work. They were always courteous. They were very careful to mask the house, to caulk needed areas, to double check on the paint colors, and to carefully move and then replace items that were in their way. They prepped better than any previous painters we've had - scrapping, sanding, and priming until the surface was truly ready to accept paint. We would use these folks again and would definitely recommend them. We love the way the house looks. Thank you, Jack and crew!

They honored my expired coupon which I greatly appreciated. They did drywall replacement from a plumbing accident. They fixed that and also did wall touchup. They did a good job and I was happy.

Jack was responsive enough, and upfront that my location was not in their service area.

It ended up being massive job. The removal of the wallpaper was fine. However, it prompted additional work. The paint job was pretty poor, and I wasn’t too happy with it. Quite a bit of paint they did in the bathrooms has started to peel. They were very timely, but the quality was poor. I was not happy with them and I would not recommend them.

It was difficult wallpaper to remove, the price was a bit high. He got there at 8am and left at 6pm, didn't take a break and did a phenomenal job.

Jack was prompt in responding to my initial call to get a bid for service. He is knowledgeable regarding painting issues and quickly understood the scope of the job. Subsequent to accepting their proposal, I received a call from Andrey Stepanchuk, General Manager, who wanted to schedule the job the following day, which was great news in that I would be moving into the home shortly. Andrey, who is as knowledgeable as Jack about painting, is extremely hands-on in his management of the crew and was in constant contact with me as well as the crew foreman, Rene, who is also an experienced professional painter. Rene and Jesus were here everyday, promptly at 8:00 am and worked until 6:00pm. Rene managed the other crew members as they were assigned this job...it seems I had a steady flow of painters that ensured the job would be completed within 5 days. The exterior job was managed by Yari, and perhaps the most challenging. Again I was impressed with the level of knowledge about painting and equally impressed by his dedication to ensure quality work. The company's management and employees are extremely professional and my personal experience with their service and crew is outstanding. In my opinion, customer satisfaction is important to each member of the company and it is evident in all aspects of the job.

We were very impressed with Jack and his crew. All the previous reviews are accurate. Jack arrived within a few days of our call, the crew arrived punctually and stayed late every day to get the job done. Their work is excellent, their attention to detail excellent, and their communication was more than adequate. My husband was home every day, and they were responsive to his requests for detailed work. They did not rush the job, and after each day the supervisor walked around to be sure he knew what had happened and what was to happen the next day. Overall a qulaity job and good experience.

We had a great experience with Jacks Ever Green Painting. Jack himself promptly made the initial estimate, and we thought the estimate was fair. We had some follow-up questions (such as whether gutters and downspouts were included) and received a satisfactory response. We initially asked Jack to exclude the deck from his estimate, but later decided we wanted a bid on that, too. Andrey, the general manager, came out the same day we made that request, provided a bid, and we decided to add the deck to the overall project. Andrey made a suggestion for painting the ceiling of our front porch a lighter color, and we decided to have them implement that suggestion?it turned out great. The project started Friday with pressure washing the entire house. After a couple days for the house to dry, the crew showed up right when they said they would: 8:00am on Monday. Despite the rain, they were able to make progress with prep work, such as scraping and priming. The rain continued off-and-on for the first three days of the time, so painting wasn?t possible, but the crew did as much as they could. I really appreciated the attention to detail: scraping, caulking, priming, masking. At last, the sun came out, and the painting could begin. Andrey measured the moisture content of the siding to make sure conditions were right for painting. Since the rain delayed the project a bit, the crew worked Saturday and Sunday to get the job done and keep on their schedule. I enjoyed meeting and working with the crew members, including Yair, Juan, Rene, and two or three others whose names I never heard. Yair painted portions of the house body and trim so we could see what the paint would look like prior to having to make a final decision on colors, which was helpful. All the crew members were polite and worked hard. They cleaned up the work area each day, and they didn?t complain about working in the heat (90+ degrees) or painting by hand around a special plant and trellis. I got the feeling the crew members truly enjoy painting and take pride in doing quality work. When the work was done, Yair did a walk-around with me so I could review the work. I didn?t see any problems?the work was high quality from top to bottom. However, the next day I noticed one small area that didn?t look right. Yair and his crew came back that evening and fixed the problem. Thanks to the whole team at Jacks for a great result.
